Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

The apartment is made to give a taste of holiday excitement-where you feel welcome, while away from home. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Welcome to the beautiful city Daugavpils and my cozy apartment, which is located in a quiet residential area with the most beautiful historical sights of our city - the Church Hill that has gathered the churches of four different confessions - Martin Luther Cathedral, Roman Catholic Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, SS Boris and Gleb Russian Orthodox Cathedral and Church of the Community of Old Believers. Public transport and the city center is also within walking distance.

The sleeping area features a metal-framed bed adorned with soft, neutral bedding and three pillows. Two framed art pieces hang above the bed, displaying floral designs in blue and gray against the light blue wall.

You can see Labanoras forest and Zeimena river. Also, it becomes magical to see time by time crossing trains through your windows, because the house is located between two railways. In a few hundred meters, you can come to have a walk-in adorable paths, which is located in a river swamp area.

We had a wonderful stay in Greta's cabin, the property was exactly as described and we received a very warm welcome from the family. The location was perfect and we (2 adults and 2 children (9 & 5)) spent many hours on and around the water, which was very peaceful and serene. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and we would be happy to return anytime 😊

A magical place where we recharged our batteries for a very long time. Forest, peace, very nice Hosts, excellent location, well-arranged space to spend time (reading room!). I recommend it and see you soon.
