Our street address is indeed 1 Paradise Lane. This centrally air-conditioned 2-BR 2.5 bath villa is situated within a lush tropical garden bordering the private Nail Bay Golf Course & the sea. Our 1,000+/- sq. ft roof top deck with glass railings is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset views and the never-ending boating traffic on the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Please note that Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool and they can be rented together as a 3 BR villa.

Seaglass, sits 400 feet above sea level at the base of Gorda Peak, and offers panoramic views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel and almost constant trade wind breezes. Designed and landscaped for privacy and relaxation, Seaglass consists of a two-bedroom, two-bath Main House and a Studio Suite, both fully furnished and have queen sized beds. In addition, they each boast their own separate saline pool, patio, and grill. The two units can be rented separately or together.

Daily housekeeping is included during your stay. Jemstone has been completely refurnished in 2018. The private pool is the icing on the cake!
