We had a great stay at Christian's. The apartment is functional and decorated with taste. Bedding is good. Christian has a sense of hospitality. We warmly thank him for all his recommendations on what to do in the area. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful place. Good beds. A little cold in the main room despite turning heat up but to be fair it was cold outside too. No dishwasher. Beautiful views! Impossible to park car in garage with other cars in front. Maybe a small car would have more luck. But these are just details. Overall great, central spot!

Excellent stay at Michel's apartment, an extremely accommodating and available host! I highly recommend this very nice accommodation, decorated and equipped with care, all very easily accessible from the train station in just 10 minutes walk. Ideal for short and long stays, in a quiet but central environment. Probably one of the best options to discover Caen and its surroundings!

This is the most beautiful apartment, ideally located in the old town just a stone’s throw from the Abbaye aux Hommes. Two spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen/living room and all so light and homely. Despite being so close to all the main attractions of the old town, the apartment is exceptionally quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Karine!

this place is nice right next to all the bars, cafes, and restaurant you could possibly want. the only thing is the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedroom. so, if you have mobility problems or a weak bladder you should reconsider. I loved the apertment though I am not complaining. this place was nice and remodeled.

Very pleasant stay. The nano house is full of character and well located. Lulu the owner of the place is not fierce at all😂. We discovered Normandy under the sun and the jacuzzi evenings were very pleasant. We alternated beaches and history ( between the landing beaches and the multiple historical monuments) . We'll be glad to come back.

As a business, we put the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear guidelines and easy to understand. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the gite is modern, with new furniture that adds to comfort. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

The house accommodates eleven people comfortably in four rooms. The place is very spacious ideally set out for great social gatherings. Even has a separate games room in an out house. House is in beautiful surroundings close to local towns an cities. We had a great time there. The house is warm and cosy and a lovely place to spend time relaxing or being active.

Eric's apartment is convenient, well located in relation to the train station, local shops, downtown, quickly accessible. It is functional, well equipped for four guests. The residence is quiet. The box to park the car is a plus, but the large templates will have some difficulty in maneuvering. That was okay with us. Good communication with the concierge service that handles the check-in/check-out. It is likely that we will return to this apartment during a future stay in Caen, if it is available.

really nothing to say but apart from that the accommodation was great and the host is great too. super responsive, we found a high chair for our daughter and a bed umbrella. very well located accommodation in Caen. We recommend it.

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.
