Best host possible and great apartment

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Host Ricardo very cordial, waited for us at the door and even helped carry a heavy suitcase, as I had an injury. Your apartment is impeccable, great beds, huge smart tv, kitchen with everything and a beautiful sunset from your window. And there's no noise, that is, guaranteed optimum sleep. Condomínio com quadra, great for children, and a swimming pool. It has mini market to solve that perrengue of something we ended up forgetting. As for the nearby markets, it has a nearby Carrefour, but good is Galassi, which still has great hot foods ready. The condominium is a five minute drive from the friendly city of Valinhos.

We love our stay! Our little dog loved it! Plenty of room for her to run, explore and play. Me and my husband relaxed there a lot! The place is gorgeous, a haven of the city. In this warmth the pool and the fact of having air in the house, helped mto! And despite being away, ifood delivers everything there! We love it and will come back for sure!

Great home to spend time with family and friends ! Beautifully cared and organized space, extremely clean, with many kitchen utensils at the disposal of guests. There are 8 comfortable suites, bathrooms that cater to the outdoor area, changing rooms, soccer field, kennel, orchard, swimming pool, hammocks, in short, many spaces for fun of all ages. Erika always requests and agile in answering all our questions, before and during our stay. We had Carla's help with cleaning, arranging the house and food, which made everything even more comfortable, not to mention Jeferson's proactivity that has always helped us when we need it. Great space, super recommend !

The accommodation was very quiet, the place corresponds with the description and photos. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, as well as ease of getting to or from the highway. Mr. Willian was very helpful, gave good indications and was always available for any need. If I need to return to campinas, I will definitely check the availability of this location first.

Our stay during the carnival was excellent, there was nothing missing, everything as expected and described in the announcement. Since we had already lined up and answered questions before the checkin, everything was very quiet, yet the host asked if everything was okay.

My trip was for business and the place is ideal due to its good location. For people who want to spend more time at the accommodation and take advantage of the kitchen and the spaciousness of the place, it is also perfect. And Mauricio's attention is excellent !!!

márcia was a great host of this apartment! always answered my questions and my problems very quickly! in relation to the apartment, I found the apartment and the condominium very simple, neighborhood was quiet but I found it a little noisy. the BRT near the apartment (about 8 minutes walking) facilitated me a lot in locomotion. There is a very good bakery on the corner, and a wholesale (but I found it difficult to cross the street to get there). overall, I really enjoyed it! :)
