Spacious terrace with jacuzzie (jacuzzie can be rented by appointment), outdoor shower, fireplace pan, and other facilities. Large and unobstructed property with good sun conditions and parking for up to several cars. There is a private jetty and boat that can be disposed of (25hp). The boat does not require the boat driver test, but we will require users to have experience with boat. The shoreline offers swimming opportunities and the Å krafjord offers good fishing opportunities. The house is located in a wild and magnificent natural area with fjord and mountains. Here are good opportunities for some nice walks in the beautiful surroundings. Grocery store about 200 meters away. Petrol and diesel are also sold here. My place is located on Kråko cottage area in Fitjar municipality. Perfect place for recreation and enjoying life. Small crawl space for 2 people. Full kitchen, bathroom and the amenities you need. Lots of great hiking terrain. Perfect base for kayaking trips in an eldorado of small and large islands. In addition, there is a short drive to Midtfjellet where you find more than 30 km of gravel roads in the middle of the mountain. Perfect for walking and cycling.
