Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

This is actually a pretty good size for an apartment and it is very well equipped especially the kitchen. The view is excellent as is the location in walking distance from the Plano, various asencores, cerro allegre and good restaurants and bars but far enough from the main tourist hot spots and hostels that it’s also pretty peaceful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

The apartment is new, modern, spacious, and central (within walking distance to Plaza Aníbal Pinto). There's also a beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. The neighborhood itself is close enough to restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights. José is very kind, communicative, and quick to respond. He even checked in with us in the middle of our stay to ensure everything was going well. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso and in José's loft. :)

The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen area is small, but it was not a problem for us. Ramon (the co-host) was very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the most touristy areas. We had a great time. Recommended!!

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and you can see the sea as well. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he was very helpful and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful. We went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we look forward to coming back soon😊. Thank you Juan!

Marina is an excellent host, very friendly and always responded quickly and attentive, we did the favor of entering the apartment earlier. The apartment It has an excellent location, there is no need to take the car out for anything, clean, tidy, with table and chairs to eat, a beautiful balcony that overlooks the sea. Excellent stay we will certainly come back!

The apartment is amazing! It has a spectacular terrace overlooking all the lights of the port, Viña del Mar and Concón. Having a barbecue with that scenery in the background is a fantastic experience! The apartment is fully equipped for a couple or small family to stay comfortably for a weekend or a full week. It has excellent internet, TV and streaming services. The beds are very comfortable, and with two bathrooms and showers, everyone can be comfortable without any problems. It has everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer and more. It is located within walking distance of Cerro Alegre's restaurants and offers concierge service. In addition, the condominium has a swimming pool and security. We recommend this apartment without any hesitation.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a good stay, and even a little more. It is very well furnished, with a good bed, good internet, clean, easy to access and in a safe place. My only recommendations would be to check the bathroom, as there is quite a smell of sewage, and if you are a person who is bothered by light when sleeping, it would be good to bring a visor or something to cover your eyes. It might also be useful to check or change the sheets and blankets, as they were a bit itchy. Overall, it's a very good place and I highly recommend it.
