Superb apartment, tastefully decorated with stunning artwork, comfortable furniture and unbeatable location. If anything, the description exceeded our expectations with the quality of the decor and the comfort at every turn. One of our best rentals ever.

Everything was perfect, value for money very good, very clean and functional. Apartment on the ground floor but large to enjoy. Frédérique gives very good explanations for a perfect welcome.

This house is the home of a loving family. You immediately feel comfortable, safe and welcome. The photos show the house and the property very accurately. We were 4 adults and two lively boys (5 and 1) . The kids had a lot of fun with the trampoline, the garden, the swings and of course the pool. The only downside was the noisy highway, I recommend ear protection for the night. Amélie was great, gave great tips, responded to every question immediately. 🙏 thank you! We stayed in Nancy (10 min) in Metz (30 min), walking in a beautiful park with large playground and duck pond... the week flew by! The house is highly recommended.

Very good stay in a spacious house

very well located. the bedrooms on Rue de Nancy a little noisy in the morning with the work. the bedroom with the balneotherapy bathtub much quieter. the kitchen is very convenient and modern. the pleasant living room with the 2 sofas. the air conditioning heats the rooms well. great the outlet to charge the electric car in the courtyard. We'll definitely be back again.

Great stay at Simon's, the accommodation was very well appointed and clean, 20 minutes from the city center on foot and with parking spaces available in the neighborhood. I recommend coming to discover Nancy for a weekend!

Our stay was great ! The apartment was very nicely decorated and was right on the river. Really everything perfect. If we were to come here again, we would take this apartment again. The only sticking point was that we never got a parking spot outside the house and had to park 3 blocks away. That was silly with the luggage. However, this only bothered us at arrival and departure. Everything else was really to our complete satisfaction.
