Vacation rentals with beach access in Villeneuve-Loubet

5 days in paradise. Much better than I expected, Cathy's apartment is new, beautiful, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nothing is missing, 2 TVs, cd dvd mp3, wifi, a small stereo system for FM lovers, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, an electric grill on the terrace, there are even two small umbrellas for the beach. Really like staying at home, even better, the terrace is just overlooking the sea, beautiful, spacious, the apartment is on the top of two floors, with elevator and above there is another large terrace like the entire apartment itself with a jacuzzi ready for use . A short walk to beautiful beaches, convenience stores, cafes, pubs , rice, tobacco, all within walking distance. For those traveling by train there is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. Cathy is an impeccable host, kind and available for anything. I've been going on that stretch of coast for years and now I have an extra reason to go back as soon as I can ))

Everything was perfect, thank you! The apartment was easy to find thanks to the owners' clear instructions. The residence is quiet and has private parking, which is nice. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and pleasant with its 2 balconies. I recommend it. We had a nice stay in Saint Raphaël

It was the perfect landing pad in Antibes. responsive snd smooth communication, clean and very well appointed apartment. Gorgeous views and serenity to go with! Bonus that the hosts are lovely people. There is a reason this rental is highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Christelle's beach side apartment. The view was spectacular! It is very convenient to the metro and walking distance to the CAP3000 Mall. It is in a great location to just get away from the crowds, stroll the boardwalk, and relax with a bottle of wine on the veranda. I highly recommend her place and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

We enjoyed our stay here! The view is lovely! I am so glad someone met us there to show us all of the in’s and out’s! The tram station is close, walking along the promenade de Anglais was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony! They were very responsive to all of our messages!

Very good quality stay!Living here can have the best sea view, the house is much bigger than it looks in the photos, it is clean and it is a 15 minute walk along the seaside to the Palace.The host was very welcoming and gave us every detail, as well as restaurant recommendations, highly recommended accommodation!

We spent a lovely two weeks here! The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. It was a perfect home base for exploring the Riviera, and it was walkable to everything we needed - groceries, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, train station, etc. The outdoor space was so peaceful with lavender and flowers, and it felt very private. Deborah and Christophe were very kind and always responsive, providing great recommendations, too! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays - thank you!!

Great stay with friends with 3/4 year old children House well suited for them with secure garden. Beach at 1 min walk. Coastal path next door. Sandy beach 5 min drive 15 min walk (20 min with children). Large super nice playground 5 min walk from the house. The house was very clean. Provide just the basics (salt, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, etc.) Everything was great, we loved our stay. 👍☺️

We had a pleasant stay in this cozy house equipped with everything you need. Very good communication and availability from our host. Keep in mind that the twin bedroom is really very small. Otherwise the rest was perfect.

We adored this apartment! The views on each level were dreamy. Looking out over the blue water dotted with sail boats and yachts was amazing! We walked everywhere, ate gorgeous food and shopped. The house was perfect and the host was so nice! I’d stay here over and over again!

We had a wonderful stay at Aline's place. You feel very comfortable from the first minute and it's a great apartment. It is comfortably equipped and you will find everything in the kitchen. This is our second time staying there and will definitely be back. It is simply fantastic and Aline is a very friendly and helpful hostess. Thank you so much for everything !

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. I would stay here every time. I stayed in another area before Remi’s and this location was perfect, super walkable and the area is pretty quiet. I honestly booked because I loved the Window in the studio and the view didn’t disappoint! Whenever I return, I just hope it’s not fully booked for me! 10/10! Definitely stay here for your Cannes trip!

Beautiful apartment in a secure complex. A beautiful sandy beach is a 5-minute walk. Two bus lines with frequent stops at street corners. Large terrace, a sunny and shaded part. The supermarket is in the complex, it has two good bakeries a 5-minute walk away. Antibes is centrally located on the Côte d 'Azur, there are beautiful attractions on both sides.

This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we weren't disappointed. The accommodation was impeccable and the view from the studio's terrace is spectacular. Our stay went very well.
