Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

You are at: 15 minutes from Lake Annecy. 30 minutes from La Clusaz 30 minutes from Geneva.

The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes. Sleeps 2 people : pne queen size bed

The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Escape to our small, cozy, independent cottage, nestled quietly between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
