The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious and clean. Check in is very easy, large private parking space behind the fence. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Irene is really friendly and caring and very responsive. I like the quiet surroundings and of course the excellent starting point, where you can walk from the apartment to the train station etc.. I will definitely come back. P.S. For those who value the quality of bed, I can say that you won't be disappointed, because it's great. Irene thank you for everything 😊

The house is a dream!! Located right on a canal, with a private terrace/dock, this house is luminous with the most breathtaking views. Everything is exactly like in the pictures: amazing interiors, very comfortable beds and pillows, well-equipped with everything you need to clean or cook , and mostly it is spotless. Something that I really appreciated was the provision of slippers, shower soaps, plenty of towels and toilet papers, all things that many airbnbs have stopped providing making, thus, the stay complicated when arriving at the house. The house is located in a tranquil area, close to restaurants, the vaporetto stop and a supermarket. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and Pietro, from before arriving to the end, made sure that we had everything we needed. He is a very kind person. We loved everything; one of the best airbnb experience that we've had.

As expected, Giorgio was an excellent host and a true ambassador of Venice. He communicated clearly and proactively and was very easy to reach. We very much appreciated the pre-stocked groceries when we arrived. The apartment was well-appointed and maintained, making it feel like our home away from home. We absolutely loved this house, it was off a small canal and close to two squares where there were places to eat. Everything was easy to walk to. Great recommendations for food and things to do. Coffee provided is we wanted it for mornings. Rooms were good size, house was clean. Chiara gave us a little bag of cookies for our departure. We loved the hosts as much as the house! Spoke great English. I would absolutely stay here again if we visit.

Very clean accommodation and above all very well placed in Venice, we were able to do everything on foot. The street is very quiet and the apartment is well equipped. Very good communication as soon as you book. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Erika’s place. Her apartment is beautiful very spacious and clean! We had everything we needed during our stay in Venice. We were able to find free parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. The apartment is located close to excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Venice historical centre is just a short drive away either by bus or car. Erika was very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants. The food was all excellent! We arrived in the late evening after our long drive and Carmen was very pleasant and helpful when she met us for check in. We would stay at Erika’s place again if we visit Venice.

Lovely apartment with a nice view from the windows. Right outside the old city but walkable everywhere. Elena made us feel right at home and was extremely responsive. Recommend as a place to stay in Padua!

We had a great time. The apartment was easily accessible, the instructions for access were correct and simple. The apartment was central and in line with the photos published. We appreciated the modern design of the house and the spectacular view from the living room balcony. The bathroom was equipped with adequate detergents for the whole family and for the duration of the stay.

The apartment is in a good location. Everything is available nearby. The hostess is responsive and the apartment is clean. It should be noted that the kitchen is very small. The apartment is on the 3 floor and must climb a narrow staircase to climb. It wasn't a problem for us, but for older people it might be too difficult. In the kids room, getting to is through the master bedroom and there is a sliding door everywhere. We also did not build a kettle to boil tea with. But overall, the apartment is clean and nice.
