This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

Third time in this fabulous apartment. There is everything you need for a great stay - a fabulous balcony overlooking the pool area which is nice change if you don't want to go to the beach. Easily accessible to some good restaurant (walking) which is a real bonus for us. Would highly recommend and David, the owner, is very helpful and friendly.
