Fantastic apartment on the sixth floor, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with everything you need to have a good stay at the beach. The best is the terrace and its views. Well-located development with a good pool and parking. Kitchenware and appliances in good working order.

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was as described and Kim was easy to communicate with, both before and after the stay. Clean and tidy with all the equipment we needed. Great that there were also some toys that the 5-year-old got to enjoy. location with short distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Kim's apartment is a safe choice if you are going on a holiday in Torrevieja 😀

I stayed at Izabela's apartment for a few days and I really liked it. I chose this apartment to relax and enjoy the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is small and is suitable for single people or a couple. Izabela left me lots of things so I could feel at home, sunscreen, creams, perfumes, cleaning products, kitchen products and towels. Oh, and parking the car is also super easy. I highly recommend this apartment :)

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and getting into the apartment was seamless and hassle-free. The apartment itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. An added bonus was the underground carpark, which made our stay even more convenient. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough—it's a perfect choice for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Very modern accommodation, spacious ,with a chic terrace that is very well furnished,there are mattresses for every taste,tables,and awnings from the sun. The entire apartment is very well decorated, everything is in a calm tone and very beautiful. There is everything you need. Very caring hostess. Davinia is an excellent host. She was always very quick to respond to requests. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony was awesome. You have only a few steps to the beach Smaller shops and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. For everything else you need a car. I had a warm 4 weeks and highly recommend this place.

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Jirij was a kind, friendly and responsive host. He even messaged to enquire if we got home safely. Our flight was early, but jurij stored our luggage until the apartment was ready. The supermarket was in the same vicinity which was a plus. We have stayed in the area quite a few times, but this was by far the best. The boulevard and numerous restaurants are all within walking distance as is the beach. We will definitely be back Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! A gorgeous apartment which is super close to restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. Hot tub was amazing for additional entertainment and the heated pool was perfect for this time of year. We had the best little holiday and would definitely return / recommend to anyone. Thank you!!
