House vacation rentals in Villamartin

Beautiful house, very new and fresh was spotless clean. We had a car but was in walking distance to villa martin where all bars and restaurants are. Probably 15 min walk.

Very nice, generous and excellent place to spend your vacation with friends or family.. highly recommended !

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Alex’s property. He is a great host and very communicative whilst also leaving you to enjoy your own space. He is only next door but he left us completely alone to enjoy our holiday, whilst knowing he was available if needed. The property is very well presented and modern. Located a short walk away from the centre and beach front, with the shopping centre, several supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance Thanks Alex

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heiko and Martina’s beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is incredibly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated — it truly feels like a home away from home. The heated pool was a highlight for us, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The outdoor area is peaceful and private, ideal for both sunbathing and cozy evening dinners. Heiko and Martina are amazing hosts — very welcoming, friendly, and responsive to every question we had. They gave us fantastic local tips and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

This was the most expensive villa from all the options we’ve had, and we have no regrets that we chose it, because it was totally worth it. Beautiful villa with everything you need. We’ve always had something to do for the entertainment: Board games, player poker in the evenings, enjoyed the swimming pool during the day. The kitchen had everything you need to cook for breakfast or dinner. The only thing that made it difficult to find this villa is the address. Apparently it’s very similar to a street in the town centre, which makes it so hard for the taxi drivers to find you. Apart from that, everything was just spot on! Huge thanks to Darek, for making our stay go smoothly! You are a legend!

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

fantastic ground floor apartment right next to the amazing community pool. our dog loved the extra space and the facilities were excellent.

We had a very nice stay. The house is true to the publication. 10 minutes away you have restaurants, shopping mall and leisure area. The area of the house is quiet to rest. The pool, terrace with barbecue and foosball area, great. Grateful for the stay.

We had a lovely few days at Louise’s. Very convenient location, lovely pool just around the corner. Comfy & quiet. Louise was very helpful when we had any queries.

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again
