Villa vacation rentals in Villamalea

The accommodation is even better than in the photos. It has absolutely all the amenities to walk around there for a few days without any problems. The kitchen is fully equipped (which is appreciated) and they have the thoughtfulness to leave absolutely everything you need such as oil, salt, gel... The welcome is great and in person and if you have any questions they respond quickly. Great accommodation for children and dogs, there is plenty of space. We were very comfortable.

We (family with 2 sons aged 14 and 16) stayed in this special accommodation for 3 nights at the end of April 2025. In general, I think Dutch people have a rather high standard. It may be a little more back to basic in terms of comfort for example the furniture/beds. The garden, on the other hand, is fantastic, we enjoyed the jacuzzi, the barbecue and the various seats with fairy lighting in the evening (the pool was still too cold at the end of April). Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs etc all present, very nice. In the immediate vicinity, there is actually nothing special to do, it is still more on the coast (45 minutes drive). I myself loved that for those few days after a small week in Valencia, but it is something to take into account. Grocery shopping is the getaway ;-). Julie is a very warm person and very easily accessible and helpful!

Katia and her husband were very helpful at all times. The house is great,located in the mountain,very spacious and with everything you need. To get there following his instructions it was simple,but we arrived already dark and the area does not have much coverage and the GPS went crazy,but thanks to his instructions we arrived without a problem. We will repeat without hesitation!

Very cozy house to spend a few days in tranquility.

Large house perfectly equipped, located at the entrance of the town, easy to park. Huge rooms, very comfortable kitchen and a wood-burning barbecue area at the bottom of the house for a good toast and paellas! Well equipped to avoid the cold, in December with ice on the roof of the car, and you could be perfectly in short sleeves. To be repeated, definitely!!

We had a very good time in the villa. There was more than enough space and everything you could ask for in the house. Andrea and Christine were super responsive and were able to help us find the appropriate return travel opportunity, among other things. The villa is on a hill, but in a few minutes you are in the supermarket or at a bus station to Valencia. We used the bus 3x in 7 days, as you are brought to the center for €3.30 without a change. Just a little time to bring 😁 Overall I would only recommend to everyone to become a guest of the beautiful house of Andrea and Christine.

The house was very good, in a very quiet village. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The patio is very cozy and perfect for lunch or dinner. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils you needed. To go to a large group is perfect.

The house is perfect, it doesn't lack any detail, it's spacious, comfortable, it's well-kept, the pool water is warm, it has all kinds of amenities, it's amazing. A dream house and the host was always attentive. It's worth the trip.

We were 2 families travelling for a karting competition in Chiva. The house was everything we expected from the description and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool. It was so unfortunate that we were there during the devastating floods of October 2024. But we could not have asked for any better support from Kate (the owner) and Tracy (the local contact.) The house is a fantastic space for a big group of people. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view from the terrace was fantastic even including the lightning storm! The house gave us a comfortable and safe base to return to following the days of the severe flooding. The communications from Kate and Tracy during this time really put us at ease. To the people of the local community, they will be forever in our thoughts having witnessed first hand some tragic scenes in the area.

Very good quiet house for large groups. We went in the middle of August and towards heat but the pool was cold and all rooms had either fans or air conditioning.
