Wonderful family property in a quiet location in the beautiful countryside 2 separate parts of the house: The main house with 3 bedrooms and the bathroom Beautiful huge veranda typical of the country in front 1 separate kitchen in the annex with additional bathroom The courtyard is huge and beautiful with a mulberry tree in the middle There is also a separate cozy corner with barbecue area behind the kitchen building The villa is located in the fields and tree properties You can start directly to a nice walk You need a car for shopping, there is nothing in the immediate vicinity If you are looking for peace and a beautiful oasis of relaxation, you cannot find anything better in our view. You can also see the sea. It was all very warm from Carlo and wonderful communication. We hope to be able to come back to this paradise soon. It would not be possible to give a better rating than we would like to hereby do. Really great! Best place to be

Very nice accommodation, away from the main residence, with a large very nice garden, with hammock and barbecue. 15-minute walk to the city center (preferable by car if you have children for safety reasons as there are few sidewalks in the area). Antonio and Francesco are very welcoming and available, offer good advice, and offered us nice culinary touches. A train passes right behind the house and is quite noisy, but the frequency is not very high (1 to 2 times in the evening, during the day we were not present), so not very problematic in the end. This is the best place I could have selected for my families first visit to Europe! I wish I would have stayed longer as I didn’t realize how perfect the location and caliber of villa until we arrived. I would go back and recommend to all. Food, beauty, nightlife, architecture, shopping and the gorgeous sea! This place gave our family of 6 unforgettable memories, even seeing Mt.Etna erupt from the roof top!

Girolamo's house is a paradise: spacious and extremely clean! The amenities inside and out are high quality and tidy. The outdoor area is also spacious and very well maintained, we sat very comfortably outside - whether by the pool or under the large roof - wonderful! The pool is of course a pleasant luxury. It's the best vacation home we've ever had in Calabria. The surroundings are quiet, supermarket close by, beach and restaurants can be reached by car in a few minutes. Girolamo is so hospitable - thank you! There was always nice, easy contact. It is important to him that his guests are doing well. The reception was extremely warm - with drinks in the fridge and food in the closet. Actually, we never wanted to leave... ;-) Thank you for this special and beautiful accommodation and the warmth!

Our stay at Villa Gramati was perfect. The location was private but still in reach of local amenities and restaurants. The villa was spacious and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Martina was very helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault our stay here, I 100% recommend. Thank you very much for having us!

We spent two nights at Tatiana and Giancarlo's place. The place has everything you need and Tatiana was incredibly helpful. We were also sent a brochure with helpful information about the place and what Tatiana could help with. The place is 5 to 10 minutes walking a lot of stairs up to the city center and the gondola of Mazzaro and the villa itself is sheltered from the noise of the city. There is also a great pool area on the property that you can use if desired. Everything was clean and the apartment appeared very exclusive in the furnishings and decor. There is good and sheltered parking at the property. We recommend the place and had a wonderful stay.

We had the most lovely stay! The place is truly charming and you get the feeling of living in a Sicilian luxury home near a small charming town. The hosts, Giuseppe and Giulia, are warm and caring and highly service minded. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant, and to ensure that you see all the gems the area have to offer. We were welcomed at the villa with plates of local specialities and they even delivered desserts some nights. They picked us up at the train station when we arrived and arranged car hire. So, you’ll be in very good hands if you choose to stay here! The villa is nothing short of spectacular! Amazing view from the balcony, olive and citrus fruit trees in the back garden and a well equiped kitchen. It is nice clean and it is evident that Giuseppe and Giulia take great care of the place. In short: we highly recommend this place if you want laid back vacation with all that you need, local sicilian atmosphere and a heartwarming service.

We had a great stay at this villa. The interior and exterior have a lot of charm and character. The view from the sea-side terrace is beautiful, worthy of an Italian movie. The pool is crazy to endure the Sicilian heat and spend some good times with friends. The accommodation is in a great location, accessible only by car but it is easy to park in the parking lot next door. We were able to go quite quickly to Taormina, Etna, Noto, Catana, Syracuse... Hosts are very welcoming, it's handy to have a few basics of Italian (even if not necessarily necessary). Special mention to the 4 little cats (Naxos, Syra, Tao and Strombi) who came to see us from time to time If you are sensitive to noise, consider taking Quies balls as we sometimes hear cars / motorcycles passing on the road below (we didn't really mind)

We chose to stay here because then we were close to the beach and could easily visit Taormina. A good choice! From the garden (with jacuzzi) them your view of the bay and walk down a flight of stairs to the beach with a few restaurants via a fence. You can rent beach beds there. Across the road you have a neighborhood supermarket with delicious fresh rolls and you can take the gondola to Taormina, a magical village. The house itself is not mega luxury but met us. Cons: It takes quite a long time for the water to get hot and the water pressure is quite low. This is probably part of this type of home. The train can be heard a few times p/u quite briefly and was not too bad for us. We had to keep the windows open at night because of the humid air in the house. The owners were very helpful if there was anything. Tip: you can park cheaper behind the parking lot by the gondola. This is only for people who are looking to stay a while. You can then enter and exit 24/7. The location was absolutely top!

We have been very satisfied with our stay in the house. The host gave us a warm welcome and was very informative. From the pool area, we could see and enjoy the top of Mount Etna erupting. The house has 3 floors with stairs and plenty of space both inside and outside. With a car, it is easy to get around to both the beach and shopping areas. There was a slight power shortage when the air conditioning was running, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Emanuele is very responsive and accommodating. The villa is amazing, great location, great view, very well equipped (swimming pool, barbecue, parking space etc.). We were a group of 14 and had a great time. I highly recommend it!

Our event consisted of Mon wife and I, our 4 daughters and their partners as well as 8 grandchildren aged 4 - 17 years. The room distribution was nice. We used the apartment downstairs for common room - here was just room for all 18 and the bedroom was playroom for the 4 smallest - everything worked impeccably - the garden with dining area also worked fine. Shopping opportunity 3 minutes walk away. Short to the beach - 5 minutes by car 20 minutes walk also fine, We highly recommend the place. Vh Jens

The house located in a truly peaceful and relaxing place, with lemon trees and olive trees around; the house is very beautiful and lovely, with lovely flowers around the garden, and smell really good. Vanessa and her family are very kind and nice, provided us everything we need. It's easy to drive to so many nice restaurants nearby, and very close to several towns and cities. We had a wonderful week here!

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Peace, tranquillity AND privacy, not spoiled even by the occasional music from Zambrone resorts below. A family of 4 adults & 1 young child, we managed to get around in quite extreme heat without a car using local trains & the occasional taxi but the climb from beaches to the Villa is challenging! Scooters might be good. No oven but induction hob, sandwich toaster & kettle for cooking but we managed fine without. Swimming pool more for dips than meaningful lap swimming but often we had it to ourselves. The air con couldn't quite cope with the heat of late July/early August but then neither could we:) We LOVED the big garden swing, the amazing views of the coast & the SUNSETS! Markus is a really considerate host who responded quickly whenever necessary. And Francesco offers great local support. Our arrival flight was delayed so Francesco needed to be at the Villa late at night to greet us and he was really welcoming and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

What a wonderful stay we had in salvatore’s beautiful home. It was everything we hoped for and more, and it is actually the best Airbnb we have stayed at (and we’ve stayed in many over the years). The house was stunning - beautifully done up and such a comfortable, luxurious and homely stay. Salvatore and family were fabulous hosts and even stayed up to welcome us after our flight was delayed and arriving late at night. They left us some food supplies - absolutely faultless. Everything had been thought of and was supplied in the home, just amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you Salvatore and family for a perfect stay!

Luciano was a wonderful, attentive and kind host. The home was beautiful, clean, private and had everything we needed for a family holiday. He prepared the pool for us, and even got the BBQ ready to use. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool, cooking family meals, and of course watching the sunsets over the sea from the balcony upstairs. Thank you for letting us stay!

We were a party or two couples and one single person; there was ample room for enough privacy from one another both indoors and outdoors, but also ample room for lots of together time, meals around a big dining table or sitting at the numerous areas outside to eat/relax. This is truly a beautiful property. The citrus trees, grapes, persimmons, pecan trees were a delight to stroll through with a morning coffee!! We used the well stocked BBQ outside and kitchen inside; there were lots of helpful pantry items, and there were personal touches waiting for us after a very long day of travel to get to the villa. The bedroom AC units were really efficient and helpful to get the temps cooler in the night times. Marco was extremely responsive and quick to help, offer advice, google links, and friendly support when we had a small disaster (one of our party lost their passport in Sicily). I'd highly recommend Villa Tina in a family or a group of friends.
