Beautiful stay at Marite's house. We arrived early and luckily was available to enter. The house is re equipped, rests well, the shower spotless. The Area seemed safe and quiet to me. We will definitely rent again in case of going to Carlos Paz. Thank you Marite and the lady who took care of us

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, by Uber too, not so much on foot but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (not much either). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and always available

The place is excellent, it has a nice pool although we did not have the opportunity to use it because the weather did not give. The 10-point view, you get up and take a few mates looking at the lake in its entirety. The house with a large living room and never missing space, as observation the WiFi was not excellent but it is understandable for the place where one is

The stay was for my dad and everything was very good, Magdalena was always attentive to our needs. The setting is excellent.

The truth was that the stay was a success,Diego very respectful showed us the house and gave us directions where to buy our food, really a beautiful vacation

We stayed as a family in Mimare for 10 days. Amazing days. The house has all the comforts and details to have a good time. Rest. Being in touch with nature. The silence and calm surrounding the place are unparalleled. The views of the mountains at any time of day are captivating. The host Fernando was super friendly and the homemade Mrs. Martina exceptional attention. She is always attentive and willing to resolve any concerns. Very attractive walks along Calle Los Jazmines that leads to a small market and local shops and serve to stock up without reaching La Cumbre. We'll definitely be back.

A beautiful house, well-equipped and above all very comfortable, very cozy. The garden is beautiful and you can hear the river water. The house is even nicer in person, it feels good to be there, but the best part of the whole stay is Marina and Luna (the host and her kitten). They make you feel like it's your home

María José was very friendly and kind to me and my friend. She met us at the apartment and went out of her way to make sure everything we needed was available. She communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure that all was going well. I had told her in one of my messages that I was interested in concerts at the Teatro del Libertador San Martín and she very graciously provided us with tickets and excellent seats to two wonderful concerts. Her generosity was the highlight of our visit. The apartment was in a great location. It was near the “comida por peso” place on Independencia where we were able to take home all of our meals at a reasonable price. Having a kitchen made it easy to prepare everything. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Our stay was most pleasant and María José was a wonderful host.

The apartment is amazing, very spacious and with a balcony overlooking a giant internal courtyard, but with a lot of privacy. The host responded super fast.

Apto according to the published and it's even bigger than it looks. Real photos and jacuzzi was tremendous. Everything was excellent! Everything is very neat, clean and cared for! It is located on the top floor of the building making it very safe. It has a very good neighborhood view terrace. It's also very safe at night. Easy and flexible both check-in and Out with very good communication with Pablo, the host who received us from 10 with a lot of kindness and predisposition! Thank you for your experience!

Natalia's place was great. Very nice, private and extremely clean. In addition, the schedules were super flexible, which made our stay even more comfortable. Natalia was always attentive and gave us information about places to visit and eat. Everything was perfect. 100% recommended!

The location is very good, close to shops, stores, the terminal is very close, the apartment has several kitchen utensils and more things that are offered, Sergio was very attentive, we really appreciate the flexibility he gave us with the check-out. We would definitely come back. I recommend it.

Everything was very nice... it's my first experience with the app... the apartment had everything in order... fully-equipped kitchen... nice bathroom... air conditioning and central heating... 2 blocks from the pedestrian area... excellent service from VALENTÍN AND ANDREA... WE'LL BE BACK.....

Ayelen was quick responding my questions. Very helpful. She gave us great recommendations. Apartmnet was clean and cute. Enough for 2 people to stay. 4 would fit too just be aware spaces are small like most apts in Nueva Cordoba. Great balcony, we used the grill. 10/10. We also used the washer, she had detergent and softener, which was awesome! Walkable, there is a kiosko right next to the building, a plus! Many bakeries, coffee places, restaurants. There is everything around the area, lots of people. Very safe. Would come back.

Excellent apartment with an amazing view of the city! Everything worked perfectly and Virgina (a genius) was always attentive to details. She had a very nice gesture because when I asked if the apartment had a coffee maker, she bought one and made it available to me. Without a doubt, when I'm lucky enough to return to Córdoba, I'll do my best to stay at this place!
