You have direct access to the garden and swimming pool, you have your own parking right in front of the door. You can reach the beach on foot, less than a kilometer, or by car. There are some supermarkets within walking distance. If you want to visit the town, you can get there in 10 minutes by car. A car is recommended.

Beautiful 5 bedroom villa adapted for families with a swimming pool and ocean and mountain views. The ground floor has a toilet, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, 2 refrigerators and oven, a large room with access to the terrace and a room with bunk beds and a large bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with ocean and mountain views, a double bed, a work space, and a private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another with a double bed and a large bathroom with a terrace.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.
