“Lía, Conchita and Moises are excellent hosts, a beautiful and warm family. The impeccable and very quiet place, the center is 15 or 20 min. maximum, but you find everything very close from laundry, gym, places to dine and most importantly, the Zonal de Santa Rosa market is practically across the street. In conclusion I highly recommend them.”
“We enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment a lot. It is more than enough space for two people, it has everything you need for a living including a big oven. Maria was very welcoming and whenever something was missing in the apartment she was more then happy to bring it by. All kinds of food and vegetables you can find closeby and every tuesday and saturday there is a small fruit and vegetable market on the main street. From oaxaca city you can reach the place by taxi. Go to the main taxi station ("Paradas de Taxis Foráneos" on Google Maps) where the taxis leave to etla and we paid 13 mxn for 1 person 1 way.”
Nice apartment for one or three people with private bathroom upstairs, nice balcony. The room is designed for one or three people; it has a double bed; dressing table; a little kitchen and minibar. Located 0.6 miles (10 min walking) from the Temple of Santo Domingo de Guzmán and 0.6 miles from the Guelaguetza Auditorium; Excellent location to walk to many attractive areas of the downtown
“We had the pleasure of staying at Maragarita's sunny and perfectly-located apartment for one month. She made us feel so at home and the apartment was so wonderful that we had a hard time leaving. I can't recommend it highly enough. While Margarita doesn't speak English, she is an excellent communicator and cultural guide--getting us a taxi when needed, helping a friend with a lost cell phone, explaining everyday life in Oaxaca to us. It was like having a homestay, but with privacy and autonomy.”
