I chose this little apartment to let my parents and my aunts stay and they had a really good time! The spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The location is comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness and equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was within walking distance. The fact that the loungers and umbrella were also included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easy to reach and gave us good recommendation. Thank you so much for the good time !!

Christian's apartment was just like the photos - exquisite! We were attending a family wedding and everyone was amazed at our accommodation in comparison to their hotels. Christian was so helpful and answered any queries we had promptly and without fuss. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Pescara - restaurants, shops, cafe's, bars and beach within close proximity.

Such a wonderful, clean and relaxing place. Location can’t be beat for proximity to the sea, restaurants and easy walking. Francesca is the perfect host, responding quickly to our questions and providing friendly hospitality.

the house is really very nice and spacious, better than in the photos! There is everything you need and everything is very tidy and clean. The house is in a neighborhood a little outside the historic center, but you can reach it on foot in 5 minutes. Great parking inside the property is very useful. The sea can be reached by car in 7 minutes, but for those who do not have the car, there are still buses that stop not far from the house. Maria was very kind, discreet but above all available to meet our needs in giving us useful tips about the area. Really a 10-star experience!

The little stone house was adorable, very cozy and well decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, even firewood and fancy coffee! Beautiful mountain views, surrounded by nature. Paolo and Caterina we helpful and available when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Wow, what a great place to stay. Nearby beach, attractions, restaurants make this an ideal location. Ernesto is a great host and his home is spotless and clean. We felt comfortable and at home, straighr away. The tiled floors are amazing. We would love to come back and stay again.
