The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need. It has a large balcony and a fully-equipped kitchen, even with a washing machine. It's comfortable and everything works perfectly. The parking is very convenient too, spacious and with room. As a plus, the building is very nice and the location is perfect for walking everywhere. Thanks Ernesto for the attention!

Good experience, the apartment was tidy and freshly cleaned, he gave us flexibility and everything was coordinated. We felt quite comfortable. He was attentive at all times and responded very quickly. I highly recommend it.

Easy access to the apartment, Fidel was flexible with both check-in and check-out times. As for the property, everything was tidy and very clean, it had everything you need: clean towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer. We used the kitchen and no problem, it had the essentials. The bed was comfortable and we had no problems with the noise from outside since the apartment has double windows, which allowed us to isolate the sound and even the cool air there was those nights. It also has a space on the balcony which allows sharing and conversation, ideal for 2 people. Due to its location, it was easy and quick to access the supermarket, bakeries, places to eat, transportation and shops in general. In conclusion it was a pleasant stay, the treatment at the reception was good (although when we arrived maybe they didn't understand that we had a reservation, a separate issue, nothing to do with Fidel) you can tell that the building is safe and quiet. Recommended and I hope to return :) !!

Wonderful apartment. Perfect view. Quiet.

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

My partner and I had a more than pleasant stay in Pamela's spacious and cozy house. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace with a 5-star view. At the same time, communication with her was a 7. We hope to return heh.

We had a great 5 nights here. Very comfortable place with a wonderful balcony letting in light and fresh air. Great host really helped us out when asked. Two places nearby for meals — Independcia Cafe and Paula’s on O’Higgins Plaza. Downtown Valpo is an easy 40 minute walk. Highly Recommended. And a pool!

The place is very conveniently located, just so you know, to get to the mall you have to go down some fairly long stairs. Everything was impeccable, the heating wasn't working and he bought one so we wouldn't be cold.
