Angela, her family, and staff had exceeded our expectations. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Very laid back, easy going, and happy people. My husband and I felt lucky to have to pleasure of meeting them and staying with them. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem located in a wonderful area of Nicaragua. This is a trip highlight for Sarah and I in Central America. The place is secluded and quiet sat amongst nature with avocado and banana trees surrounding the cabin. A perfect place to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Yet it’s so close to some great surf, restaurants and shops. Daniel kindly put us in touch with a super helpful local that helped with travel plans and rented us a Moto for the week. If you’re in this area I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay here! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There’s a/c which is a must in León, a work desk and tv. There is an also an outdoor kitchen with everything you need to cook any meals. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They don’t speak any English so we used google translate with no issues and they always smiled and treated us kindly. My one negative point is the hosts must live there, because they are around quite often which left for little privacy outside of the room. But we understand they need to keep the grounds tidy and use the kitchen as well. We still had a great stay regardless.

Safe place, we could have our motorcycles stored. The place is small but worked fine, air conditioning was lovely and efficient. There were no opportunities to cook some food that we missed. But despite that, it was a great stay and would love to come back.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Marilyn’s. It’s beautiful and quiet. Full kitchen, even has a oven and washing machine which is nice and hard to come by in nica. Has two precious dogs. Also two cats, one of them Frank will start off testing your patients then soon become very loveable and a cuddle buddy. 10 to 15 minutes drive to different surf breaks. Walking is possible but I would recommend having transportation. Thank you Marilyn

It was a nice and cozy hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and always present when needed. The water didn’t get hot, but it was warm enough to not be freezing. With the temperature in the city hot water is far from needed. The WiFi was a little spotty on our phones but very good when used on our laptops. In a pretty great location close to the local area and cathedral. They also offered breakfast, though we didn’t try it because we had activities too early in the morning, I’m sure it would have been delicious!

I would've loved to stay longer! We booked this home at the last minute because we were crossing borders in Central America and it was dark before we reached our planned destination. Rodolfo responded immediately and gave us a beautiful place to stay. His home is so lovely and the setting is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well in a secure environment. We could not stop talking about how lucky we got with our stay here. Lorraine and Barry were the most gracious, kind and wonderful people you could meet and their space was truly lovely. The view from our room and the ease of access to the beach (we are surfers and were able to surf right out in front of the house) was more than we could ask for. We were treated like family here and already miss Cleo, Salita & Lily!! 💞 10/10. We were so happy with our time here, thank you again
