This place is a gem located in a wonderful area of Nicaragua. This is a trip highlight for Sarah and I in Central America. The place is secluded and quiet sat amongst nature with avocado and banana trees surrounding the cabin. A perfect place to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Yet it’s so close to some great surf, restaurants and shops. Daniel kindly put us in touch with a super helpful local that helped with travel plans and rented us a Moto for the week. If you’re in this area I would highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Don Julio is a very friendly, attentive and always helpful host. His warm treatment and flexibility make the stay pleasant, really like being at home. The place is quiet, clean and cozy, and right in the center of the city Thank you so much for everything, Don Julio! We would definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

This place is truly an amazing gem. My wife and I had our wedding at La Hacienda and had only intended on staying a few nights and travel to other locations. Rene and his staff were so amazing that we ended up coming back to stay for the remainder of our honeymoon. It was exactly what we needed and truly an amazing place to be. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Chinandega area.

Very satisfied with this place, excellent price and location. Private and safe. They responded very fast to any questions or concerns. So I totally recommend it.

La Casa Amarilla (the yellow house)

Casa Amarilla was the perfect place for our family of five to stay by the coast. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a great kitchen to prepare meals. Ivona sent plenty of information and responded to all our queries. The couple who live on site at the other end of the garden were welcoming and super helpful. We loved watching and hearing all the birds that flew through the palm and jícaro trees all day. 100m to a beautiful stretch of beach that we had to ourselves most of the time. Paradise!
