Magnificent site with views of the river. Great place for children to play with pool and secure play area. House accommodation is homely with comfortable beds. Very secure and accessible local amenities.

Very enjoyable stay. Photos do not do the house justice. Big living area and great outdoor space. 4 good size doubles - massive king bed and especially liked the private annex. OK sofa bed could potentially be upgraded in living room. Fantastic local recommendations and easy transport links to both town and coast and airport.

Alessandro and his partner were very friendly! He helped us with getting started on the surf boards and was always happy to help. The house is located right next to the beach and the ocean and is ideal to start surfing. We were able to use the bbq facilities loads and the veranda is very nice in case the weather is bad!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect size for our group of 6 and easy access to some lovely beaches

We spent a lovely week at Elisa and Andrés beachfront Airbnb. Communication was flawless and we were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Portugese wine which was a nice touch. Once checked in, we had a slight issue with the loud noise coming from the pool pump and Elisa responded within minutes, sending her Father around to check it for us. Location-wise, we chose this because it is right on the beach and it really is. You can hear the ocean from inside and see it from the windows. On a clear night the Sunset is sensational. Elisa was super flexible with our check-in and check-out times, offering both an early check-in and later check-out to accommodate our travel plans which we were super thankful for. All in all, a great trip, can highly recommend!

House was clean and beautiful, our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Peaceful street with the convenience of both cafe and restaurants close by. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend staying at Tiago’s home to anyone.

We had a great time at Joshua's place. The listing is exactly as described and is conveniently located for visiting Porto. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the swimming pool, the welcome and the assistance of Josue's parents and, especially during the power outage that affected the area for more than 8 hours! Thanks to the BBQ, the restaurants remaining closed for lack of electricity, we were able to grill and feed our family of 10…our grandchildren also enjoyed the friendly presence of the pony, the goats and the pig in the pens of the garden. We would recommend this lovely listing.

We had a great time! The perfect area to stay if you want to be close to Porto and the beaches. Great, private place and the pool was nice.

Tatiana is a super friendly host. The house is nice and has practical space inside, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable sofa in the living room and nice kitchen. The house is so close to bus stop and also lots of space on the street and streets around to park a car. Great restaurants and the beach more or less on the door step. I had a great time :)

Our stay went perfectly. The house is ideally located close to the beach. Very pleasant stay and Ruca was very attentive. I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment offered a nice and well arranged space. The decor was neat and brought a touch of charm to the whole. It immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. A wonderfully centrally located old house over 3 floors with huge ceiling heights. We lived our stay and it was perfect for three separate couples since it had 3 large double bedrooms and bathrooms It was a shame that the furniture im bedrooms was not more in keeping with the age of the house but this is to be expected om a rental I guess One point to mention is that I would not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues - with huge ceiling heights there were also a lot of steps to get from the entrance to the top floor where the kitchen was placed Overall definitely would go back with a small group

My family and I had a great time at Marco's place, ideally located facing the sea, close to restaurants and transportation. The apartment, spacious and bright thanks to its beautiful ceiling height, offers a breathtaking view of the sea. A big thank you to Marco for his warm welcome and valuable recommendations. We had a nice time with spacious bedrooms and a very spacious house. Free parking. Beach and boulevard within walking distance.

Lurdes’ place stood out by far when compared with similar rentals.Everything was designed to be attractive to the visitors.Rooms were large enough and well decorated.The entire Rural Hotel was kept in top quality.There was enough space to wonder about the gardens within the premises.We enjoyed a vegan dinner prepared especially for us by Lurdes.Finally before we left we were kindly taken to our Camino De Santiago trail by EMIL,Lurdes husband.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Loved it. Playing tennis from sunset to 5am (floodlights). Bbq on the terrace. Rooms were clean. Everything about this place was perfect. We even got some tasty baked goods every morning delivered to our door Easy to get ubers and uber eats. All the boys had a great time and want to go again. Its a great villa to just chill in, you dont get bored. Loved every minute.

The house was very comfortable, very functional and well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. The house is wonderfully located, with beautiful views of the river from the bedroom windows. The surrounding is idyllic and peaceful. It was hard to say goodbye to the place.

We spent a weekend at Artur's house with my family and the experience was wonderful. His house is ideal, the area is very quiet, you can get there easily and the location is magnificent if you want to visit Porto, it is a 10-minute drive. Communication with Artur was great, very attentive and his recommendations were very accurate. We'll be back!!!

I love the back yard garden of this house. flawless, well equipped, spacius and the host is very nice and always quick response.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a long weekend away with friends. The house was even better than it appeared in the photos - incredibly spacious, good sized pool out the back, plenty of sun-loungers. There were great spaces for everyone to be together - but plenty of room for people to relax away from the group. The journey into Porto was very easy and affordable by Uber and no issues delivering food in. Check in was flexible and easy, with the host welcoming us and explaining how everything worked. We also didn’t realise until just before that breakfast was included - and everyday we woke to a huge selection of breads, fruit, cheese, meats, pastries and cereal! Really could not fault either the host or the home we stayed in. 10/10 in every aspect and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
