Logement facile d'accès idéalement situé dans le Cercle d'Or, à 5 minutes de Geysir et 7 minutes de Gullfoss, non loin de Thingvellir et à 2 heures seulement des Highlands. Le logement avait tout le nécessaire (linges, draps, l'essentiel pour cuisiner). Nous y avons très bien dormi. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Ella qui nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour le logement, proposé une sortie à cheval, mais aussi donné des informations importantes par rapports aux insectes à cette période. Super communication. Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits avec 2 enfants et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Départ autonome. Nous recommandons ce logement aux futurs voyageurs.

This cabin was a lovely stay with a very welcome and easy to use hot tub! Appreciate the thoughtful design of the place, like a second door that leads straight to the hot tub. Area is also gated, which made the cabin feel secure and exclusive. Overall well fitted with everything we needed for a quick 1 night stay.

One of the best places we stayed while in Iceland. We were able to walk to the private black sand beach to watch the sunset. So picturesque and beautiful. The yurt was very comfortable. The heated beds were perfect. Even caught a glimpse of the northern lights! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Highly recommend staying with Dagrun! Their love for hosting almost rivals their love for Iceland. Although it's a shared house, the whole upstairs is completely separated with a locking door. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Plus they share not only their knowledge of Iceland but their beautiful garden. Their location in Selfoss was perfect as it was more centrally located to major attractions. Plus they are walking distance to several delicious restaurants. We are already planning out next trip to Iceland and plan on booking with them again!

We had a magical stay at Sjornohall! The unique setting amongst the moss covered pseudo-craters feels like it’s from a movie and the views of the Northern Lights were breathtaking. The locations makes a great base for visiting Vik, as well as visiting the National Park with ice cave tours. Audur is thoughtful, kind, and very responsive. She even let my kids meet her chickens, horses, and dogs which was a highlight of our stay for them. The house had every amenity we could have needed, as well as many unique extra touches. We hope to return again some day!

The hot tub was lovely. The cottage was cozy and clean. We loved the porch. We were able to see the northern lights while hanging outside. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen with no issue. Great spot and close to the lagoon and a few kilometers from multiple restaurants. Would recommend to anyone going to the area.

Malutki ale komfortowy domek, żeby zatrzymać się w podróży przez Islandię. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, malutka łazienka. Wygodne łóżko i kanapa. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Dookoła konie i spokój. Polecamy :)

Great place to stay. It was private and had great view. Birna was responsive to every question we had and her responses were quick and kind.

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kleinkinder. An Platz mangelt es nicht und auch für die Kinder ist alles sicher und gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns alles bereit gestellt was man zur Versorgung braucht, auch der Check-In verlief einwandfrei. Katrinn hat uns genau über die Lage und den Ablauf informiert, trotz nächlicher Ankunft war sie und Asta gut erreichbar. Wir sind Katrinn unglaublich dankbar und würden die Unterkunft, wie auch sie als Gastgeberin immer wieder weiter empfehlen!

Amazing cottage in a beautiful location. Has everything you need and more. Hot tub with beautiful mountain views on one side and lake on the other. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellently located for short drive to most key attractions within the golden circle. Very quiet and away from the main towns so perfect for seeing the northern lights. Spacious modern house with everything we need. Dóróthea and Baldur were perfect hosts and very responsive. We must come back here!

Highly recommend this place. You can take a rest after long trip or escape from the city in peace and quiet place! There is everything what you need to spend the best time. The owners are amazing people friendly, nice, and they take good care of this house. This makes this place so unique. We gonna back there again for sure :)

Wanted peace and the opportunity to remove from the hustle and bustle of life. This venue provided just that. As ever, simple booking process which then led to great communication from the hosts including YouTube Videos showing site access and also Google Drive files showing photos and description of on site amenities. The home itself, spotless, warm, clean amd tranquil. Great facilities inside the home and knew during the stay if any issues arose then host was one message away. Easy check in and check out process. Good communication from the host from start to finish and the home is located in some breath taking surroundings.

The host was very polite and responsive. The location was amazing. We found everything we expected and had a great time in the cottage.

Our stay at Larus’ accommodation was magical. Such a beautiful and restful setting, we felt relaxed instantaneously. The space was spotless with everything considered. The hot tubs and sauna were wonderful luxuries with the verandas thoughtfully sheltered from the breeze and the kayak’s in the lake which our boys enjoyed. The communication from start to when we left was proactive and clear with Kamil kindly meeting us at the cottages to guide us to the house and show us around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Es fehlt der Unterkunft an nichts, sehr schöne Lage, viele Natur Spektakel sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, Polarlichter konnten wir vom beheizten Pool aus sehen und der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir waren zu viert und waren allesamt sehr zufrieden.

La casa è veramente bella, l’interno è tutto nuovo, cucina ben attrezzata e pulita, letti comodi e bagni perfetti. Il plus è la location: una casa isolata dal mondo, circondata da una valle mozzafiato con vista sul ghiacciaio. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la temperatura dell’acqua nella vasca ma l’host è stato molto reattivo e ha risolto tempestivamente e con premura ogni problema. Siamo stati così fortunati da vedere l’aurora boreale nonostante non fosse periodo! Incredibile! Un soggiorno che consiglierò a chiunque! Grazie

The barn house was beautifully built and decorated with spectacular views. The skylight windows were perfect for watching for the northern lights. The kitchen had all the basics and some extras like a nespresso machine and pods. We enjoyed cooking there and using the hot tub. The washer and dryer were super helpful. It was a great launching place for the Golden Circle. Stokkseyri is a cute little town with a great local pool. The turf house across the street was fun to explore as was the beach on the other side of the turf wall. It is very near Bakkahestar for highly recommended Icelandic horse rides with a local couple on the beach in Eyrarbakki. Nearby Selfoss has anything you need including an amazing fish market Fiskbud Suderlands for great prices on fresh caught local fish. Kristinn was very responsive and we loved our stay!
