Vacation rentals with a patio in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

Great space for our family of six. Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. All of our interests were 15 minutes away, great location. We’d definitely book again !

Marlene was so helpful and communicative! Air bnb was amazing , beautiful back yard, very clean, and bakery right behind the air bnb. I 100% recommend staying here.

Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!

I liked it, close to a lot of food spots and Walgreens is a 5 minute walk! The only issue I had was it took a while to get hot water while showering and I would just take cold showers (I recommend letting it run for 10 minutes). And I also didn’t know it was a cleaning fee until after I read the receipt 😭. They want the place exactly how you left it, which is not problem but why charge a cleaning fee if Im doing extra cleaning. However, I’m still giving a 5 ⭐️, they have everything you need there! Loved the nice home and the balcony view. Would definitely stay again.

It is a spacious place, comfortable for three people, very conveniently located, less than 10 minutes from the beach, there is a Walgreens very close and about a 15-minute walk to a Walmart, which makes it very easy to get everything you need for your stay. If you go with a vehicle, there is no parking lot at the place, but with patience you can find a place to leave the car in the surrounding streets. The host is friendly, responds very quickly and provides solutions to your problems.

Eileen’s was the perfect place for my sister, mom and me. We got to relax on the patio with morning coffee, were ~5 min walk to the beach, and had access to many restaurants and shops nearby. Loved the local recommendations and responsiveness. The style of the Airbnb made it extra inviting and relaxing. All of the little details made it feel like home away from home. Would highly recommend!

What can me and family say. Eddie and his wife were amazing I love the communication with them. Place was perfect for what me and family needed for. I will recommend this place to my people I’m from NY so I know a lot of people. I just want to say from me and family thank Eddie and your wife. I love how you guys have the store downstairs for your guest to have easy access to quick breakfast and small things. I be back soon I will keep your place in mind. In August or December thanks!!!!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean, kitchen bathrooms etc. Steven was super helpful since we came on a day that the power went out. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Very minimalistic vibe, had a great stay. Having our own parking spot was 10/10 felt very secure. Will be booking again!

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and left our little ones with family. Marisa was such an amazing host, this was my first time using Airbnb on vaca so I was a little hesitant. I read some of the prior reviews and wondered if everyone was related to her because they were so positive, well she lived up to all of it and exceeded it (we’re not related but she treated us like family 😁) There was a power outage when we stayed and luckily she had invested in a big generator that kept EVERYTHING working in the home. Two balconies were awesome, spacious clean and comfortable all around. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into some snacks and drinks she stocked up for us. Coffee is a must for us, we drink bustello at home and whatever brand she had was just as good maybe better :). Highly recommend!!

if you want to enjoy pr like a home away from home this place is so adorable..peaceful.. we felt at home and enjoyed the homes serene feel. we felt at easy. this was a hidden gem close to where we wanted to visit and San Juan was only a 20 min drive making easy to enjoy the best of both worlds.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We had a great time at Leon’s place. He was an amazing host and the actual space was beautiful. Perfect location for walking and enjoying the surrounding neighborhood. Felt very safe with the security on property. Would stay here again!

I was celebrating my anniversary weekend and the location was perfect for all the planes I made. The apartment was clean and we love the quality time that my girlfriend and I spend together. We will come back soon. If you’re looking to stay in San Juan, please book this place, most of the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and groceries are close by.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Great place to stay in the heart of old San Juan

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.

The host is super nice and super responsive. We unfortunately had a black out, totally out of her control but she kept us updated before we even knew about it ourselves and assured us she was there if we needed anything. Location is great, it’s near a super market, the beach and the pool is clean. Would recommend to a friend.
