Soggiorno perfetto! La proprietaria si è dimostrata estremamente gentile, disponibile e precisa in ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è in condizioni eccellenti: pulito, ordinato e dotato di ogni comfort necessario. Un’esperienza decisamente positiva che consiglierei senza esitazione!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage auf einem kleinen Berg. Es war perfekt zum abschalten und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Mattia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und war immer zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

Περάσαμε πολύ καλά. Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα με ωραία ταράτσα για πρωινό. Πολύ καλή τιμή δεδομένου ότι συμπεριλαμβάνει και πλούσιο πρωινό. Ένα μόνο αρνητικό, μεταξύ του δωματίου και του μπάνιου υπάρχει ένα χωλ με μια πόρτα που συνδέεται με το σπίτι του ιδιοκτήτη. Ωστόσο δεν νιώσαμε σε καμία στιγμή άβολα. Απλώς πιστεύουμε ότι θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται ξεκάθαρα στην περιγραφή του σπιτιού. Η συνολική μας εμπειρία πάντως ήταν πολύ ωραία και αξίζει 5 αστέρια.

nous avons passé un magnifique moment ! dans un logement vraiment très jolie ! une terrasse, un jardin et une piscine vraiment magnifique ! la vue est à couper le souffle et Agnesse est juste incroyable, uns super hote c'est certain ! toujours disponible, toujours à l'écoute ! je recommande les yeux fermés !

A wonderful little rental. It was perfect for my husband and I and very close to all there is to do around here. We did have a car and were able to park in a secure area just in front of the rental steps. The view was incredible- we enjoyed the sunsets from the patio. Matteo was so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Giulia was a fantastic host. The apartment was well thought out and perfect for a short stay. She provides nice amenities and is very responsive and friendly in her communication. It was a great place for our two night stay - close to the train station for quick travel to the Cinque Terre circuit.

Gabriella, is an excellent host. She picked us up at the train station and gave us clear instructions on how to use everything. She provides lots of goodies ( fruit, milk , yogurt, patties, bread, butter, coffee pods, juice, prosecco, etc.) to help us get started. She also provided us with information about what to see and do in the surrounding area.

Appartement impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un court ou un long séjour. Literie très confortable. Au calme avec vue imprenable sur La Spezia du 8ème étage. Pina est une excellente hote. Pour visiter les 5 Terres il y a le bus juste en face sur la place pour rejoindre le port ou si c'est par le train la gare est à 5mn à pied. Parfait.

Beautiful place close to everything, only a short walk to the main attractions, great area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay in Pisa. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a slight issue out with the hosts control and it was rectified immediately. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Pisa. Davide and Paola amazing hosts

Fabrizio was a great host. He left us a welcome basket and walked us through everything about the house. He had maps of the area and gave us everything we needed to enjoy his space. He went above and beyond when the washer didn't work and did our laundry. We would stay here again if we're in the area.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di La Spezia in macchina (10 minuti circa) e visitare Portovenere e le Cinque Terre. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, host molto simpatico, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

Ilaria was the perfect host - so helpful and friendly - and the apartment was beautiful. It had everything I needed for my stay and I loved the decor. I would happily go back and stay for longer there.

Wij waren met ze 3e en hadden het huisje op het terrein, heel erg privé en ontzettend mooi ingericht. Wij waren zeer tevreden, Patrizio en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en geven je gelijk tips voor bijvoorbeeld restaurants voor lunch of diner. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en mooi opgedekt, zwembad is fantastisch met warm weer. Mooi afgelegen met totaal geen last van het verkeer. Kortom, geweldig! Wij waren zeer tevreden en raden dit iedereen aan!

We absolutely loved our time spent at Maria’s! The surroundings are gorgeous, and the pool/loungers had a fantastic view of the sea and town. Maria went above and beyond as a host, providing a lovely breakfast every morning, helping us with directions and transport links, and making us feel right at home. We could not have asked for a more accommodating host! The garden and view were absolutely stunning, and the room was super comfy too. Just a short trail down into the town where we could find lovely restaurants and beaches! Overall a fantastic time and very good value for money! Cannot recommend this air bnb enough :)

J’ai eu le bonheur d’avoir logé chez Déborah . Le sentiment de sécurité et de « comme à la maison » s’est direct fait ressentir. Bien sûr le logement est plus qu’impeccable surtout si vous aimez les chats . (Ce derniers ne sont pas intrusif mais très amicaux). Déborah a été d’un excellente compagnie et de bon conseils pour les environs , ce qui est très avantageux pour une voyageuse solo . Merci à elle pour ce séjour chaleureux 🙏🏽

Miejsce które oferuje Cristina jest niesamowite, lokalizacja niedaleko wieży. Cristina jest bardzo przyjacielska i pomocna, a jej dwa psy to dodatkowy atut. Polecam

Wir waren zwei Nächte, in diesem wirklich wundervollen, Haus. Der checkin lief absolut perfekt trotz unserer späten Ankunft. Die Lage ist Herrausragend! Direkt am Berg, inmitten von Olivenhainen. Genauso wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Morgens wurde uns ein Frühstück direkt draußen in der Sonne serviert mit Blick über die Berge. Am Abend wurde es mit hunderten Glühwürmchen sogar noch etwas magisch Eleonora ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die auch gute Tips für Ausflüge hat. Wir haben uns sehr sehr Wohl gefühlt und werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

La campagne simple et pure , un environnement si apaisant , tout mignon tout plein , des gens simples , cordiaux et très disponibles , de bons hôtes donc ! Et un petit déjeuner fait maison , copieux et à tomber ... Trois jours c'est court quand on se sent bien :-) Ma femme et moi même ne cherchons pas la perfection ,mais de l authenticité .... Et bien , nous ne partons pas déçu , bien au contraire ... Et comme dit avant notre départ , quand , nous ne savons pas , mais nous reviendrons , c'est certain !!! En attendant , nous vous souhaitons , à vous Clio et son entourage , tout le bonheur du monde !!!

Alloggio carinissimo con vista mare in un borghetto ospitale e a pochi minuti da Lerici. La casa, dotata di tutto il necessario, è pulita, ordinata e molto accogliente! Riccardo e Eleonora si sono dimostrati molto disponibili, comunicativi e flessibili in merito all'orario di arrivo. Riccardo ci ha accolto personalmente e si è premurato di darci qualche suggerimento in merito alle attività nei dintorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, volevamo lasciare anche noi un piccolo pensiero sul guest book, ma non avevamo una penna :( Se in un futuro ripasseremo da Pitelli, questo B&B è d'obbligo ;) Grazie!

Mooi plekje op 15 minuten rij-afstand van Lucca. Robert Jan was super aardig en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf. Zeker de moeite waard! Maar houdt er rekening mee dat de weg naar Robert Jan's verblijf een vrij smal paadje is.
