As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and felt immediately at home. With loving details, it became noticeable how important it is for Nadia and Giacomo to give their guests a nice time. For example, there was freshly stocked coffee powder and a bottle of in-house olive oil for use. The place was very clean and well maintained and we were invited to contact them several times if we have any questions or we need anything. At the same time, however, privacy was very respected and we just felt comfortable. The pool was even specially covered and cleaned for us, although it would not have been accessible until May 15th according to the listing. We spent wonderful days in the middle of the most beautiful nature and we lacked nothing.

We spent unforgettable days at Ilaria's house, in a place that exceeded all expectations. The house is simply wonderful: cozy, with attention to detail, surrounded by nature and perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and authentic beauty. The garden is a corner of paradise and the pool is really the icing on the cake — ideal for fully enjoying the silence and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Ilaria is an attentive and very kind host, ready to make every guest feel truly at home. We look forward to coming back!

Hands-down, this was the best Airbnb experience of my life! They went above and beyond to create the most welcome and inviting home for us to dwell in. Their house was thought of on every detail and in creative ways decorated like an artist! The family was so sweet. the wildlife and the beauty of the area cannot be described. It is a really truly magical and wonderful Place. They had food awaiting us, craft sausage, and a big block of Parmesan cheese, and bread awaiting us along with the bottle of wine, it made for an amazing snack and breakfast as we came in late that night. We didn’t want to leave, and we hope to come back soon! Their care and generosity of this host is unmatched. Thanks!!🙏🏻

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Comfortable house in a beautiful location. Do plan on driving a bit to reach the beach, Cinque Terre, etc. Great place for the price.

We found the accommodation tidy and well cleaned, the spaces available are spacious and correspond to the photos. The property is in a well-kept independent setting and the hosts were very kind. The location is strategic for those who plan to visit the surroundings and wander between Liguria and Tuscany! Absolutely recommended!

It didn't even match the pictures! On the contrary, what was even more beautiful! The morning with the view into the vineyard, a dream. Even the cats were friendly 😂 We recommend the accommodation to everyone as well as the local bakery 3 houses😅

The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable. The location was strategic to be able to get, always by car, both to Tuscany and to the Cinque Terre.

Anna's place is charming, comfortable and full of character, in a tiny peaceful village with lovely views from the shady upstairs terrace, yet within easy reach of shops and only a few minutes drive from the local station, for trains to La Spetzia and then onwards to visit the villages and walks of the Cinque Terre. Anna gave us a warm welcome, responded to queries quickly and gave us lots of really useful local information.

We had a lovely week for 6 with 2 teens and 2 children. Lerici, which is 2 km away, is a good starting point for visiting the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very pleasant to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villecchia is quietly located in the mountains and yet you can lie on the beach in about 30 minutes. The place is a medieval complex and therefore extremely fascinating. The apartment looks beautiful and is very well equipped. Roby gave us many tips and is very friendly and accommodating. It was one of the best accomodations that me and my husband were stayed. The place is equiped with special care and with many datails. It was very clean and cosy. The place is perfect for those, who are searching for peace. The house is in a very small village in the hill.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

Perfect for a quiet holiday in Tellaro: super apartment with roof terrace, everything very appealing, stylish and clean. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the time. We will be happy to come back.

We absolutely loved Cristians apartment. It made our stay and experience in Vernazza incredible and memorable. The Terazza was better than imagined with amazing views of the sea and the hills. We could hear the waves all day and night which was so peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Cristian was so helpful with meeting us at the train station, helping us carry our luggage, giving excellent recommendations. There was coffee, cookies and cold beer and water in the fridge upon arrival. He also gave us a very important heads up about the train strike so we could plan accordingly and was flexible with our check out. Can’t say enough good things. When we return to Cinque Terre we would only stay in Vernazza at Cristian’s apartment.

House in a small quiet village, perched in the mountains with a nice view. Melania is very nice, with good advice and the accommodation is clean. We would happily stay again! Ideal for visiting the 5 lands by train from La SPEZIA. Car required to access.

We arrived on a rainy day, Angela was waiting for us in the rain and kept the closest place to the accommodation so we could park, it was super nice. Very warm welcome, very quiet and cozy accommodation. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. We felt like we were at home. They are really attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation owned by a person with a big heart.
