Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Vézénobres

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cévennes, super quiet, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. With a swimming pool and beautiful pétanque court… And available, responsive and very friendly hosts!

We just spent 15 days and the good weather was at the rendezvous, for those looking for calm and tranquility is the ideal place! Christine and Philippe are welcoming, warm, available and concerned for the well-being of their guests. They were good tips for sites to visit, both in the Gard and in the Ardèche which is barely 10 km away Many places to visit including the Pont du Gard, the Pont d 'Arc and the Ardèche gorges by canoe, the Aven Orgnac cave, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Nîmes bullring....) The house is well equipped and local shops are in Barjac 3km away We had a great time!

Valérie’s place is quiet oasis in a great location for exploring the local region. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the local village has some great restaurants.

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Very large and pleasant house for large groups. Everything comes together for a good time. Too bad there was only one fridge out of the two that worked.

Great house with private garden and all amenities you need. Lovely area for cycling and sufficient hiking opportunities.

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

Firstly let me say that this house is outstandingly beautiful! It’s is furnished with exquisite taste! Situated on a hill, the surrounding views are breathtaking with a bonus of beautiful sunsets! It really caters comfortably for 12 people, with a choice of three outdoor tables, for al fresco dining and one indoors plus several cosy seating areas around the house and two outdoor ” planchas” for perfect grilling . The kitchen is extremely well equipped and provides you with everything you need . As for the gorgeous pool and sun loungers , outdoor fridge, outdoor loo, a large shaded area, you have everything to enjoy hours of fun. The bedrooms ( en-suite) are so relaxing and comfortable thanks to quality beds and bed linen. Despite being a big group , there were so many areas to chill and switch off which made the stay very pleasant . Véronique was a wonderful host and we look forward to returning again.

Sabine and Béatrice have achieved the perfect balance of hospitality without being intrusive. It is rare to find. I highly recommend this place for its rustic charm, quirkiness, authenticity, and the surrounding natural environment.

Beautiful place. Very authentic, decorated with great taste. Great for a large family or families. It was our first time in the region, and I wish I had researched it a bit more before going because you have to know where to go. Some villages and places are stunning, and some other areas you have to avoid. Overall I would really recommend.

Beautiful setting and the view is really worth it! The farmhouse is at the top of a slope (accessible by going slowly). You are surrounded by woods overlooking the mountains! The cottage is cute and clean, there is everything you need! The pool is great and then Caro and Arnaud are super nice and welcoming, just like their little dog, Susie! We had a very pleasant stay, we highly recommend this place 😊 we went with our little dog who could walk freely in the farmhouse.

Magical stay surrounded by nature and beauty, can't wait to return

Fab place, great social spaces for our group. The location was gorgeous. Lisa was very accommodating and let us check in two hours early and communicated well throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and thought it was very reasonably priced. The parking area is very tight behind the gate if you’re driving a large people carrier, so takes a little while to park, but still serves its function well. A neighbour dealt with us during our stay - only speaks French - so good to keep this in mind if you don’t have a member / speak French yourself. Luckily one of our party spoke French, so it was fine. The neighbour wasn’t very warm but definitely didn’t take away from a beautiful place in a gorgeous village and a great stay. It was clean, the pool and games were fab, and the BBQ was brilliant. Definitely recommend the local cafe / pub for drinks in the evening too, it’s gorgeous!

Very nice villa, as described, clean and good bedding, nice terraces for the evening and beautiful pool. Gilles is very welcoming and friendly and has good tips for visiting the surroundings. Even though we weren't blown away by the city of Ales, the villa is perfect. Villa even more beautiful in the evening with these lights and lighting. Thank you Gilles!

Absolutely unforgettable🌟 stay in La Ruinette! 🌟 This cottage is a real gem💎! Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the place… but especially the breathtaking view😍! Every morning, waking up to this magnificent panorama was pure happiness🌄. Calm, nature, fresh air… you feel completely refreshed. The cottage is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, and you can feel that everything has been thought out for the well-being of guests🙏. We had a wonderful stay at Remy's place in Uzès. Great work with a great terrace. We did everything on foot, from great restaurants to new photo galleries. Mega beautiful place and we met a lot of great people. The apartment is simply great because of its location and especially because of its superb terrace. We'll be back soon.

The accommodation offered by Marie enjoys a prime location, in the heart of the historic center, in a quiet area. The apartment has a lot of charm, the decor is very neat, very well equipped, and very clean. Free parking "le refuge" a few minutes walk away. We had a great time and would recommend this beautiful place.

Dominique was welcoming, with a small homemade aperitif to enjoy on arrival. 😊 The accommodation was spacious, the setting peaceful and close to shops and other tourist sites such as Uzès and the Pont du Gard. Great stay!

Cléa's accommodation is in a very good location, it allows you to explore the surroundings (Anduze, Uzes, river...). It is also very nice, impeccably clean. Cléa is a friendly host, we'll be back!
