Vacation rentals in Vézac

We spent 5 nights at this place and were very satisfied! It meets all the criteria: everything is clean, well-equipped, well located, it's beautiful, it's quiet, easy to load/unload the car and park. The house is warm, well-decorated, consistent with the photos in every way! We have found our stronghold for our next vacation in Périgord! A big thank you to Julie for her kindness, availability and seriousness! Her instructions are clear and accurate and it's very easy to find your little house 🩷 an arrival, a stay and a departure with peace of mind for us! We recommend 100%!

Walking up to Gite La Mori was like entering a woodland fairytale! The view from the terrace was spectacular. In October it was warm enough to eat dinner outside. We were able to see hot air balloons in early evening on Friday/Saturday. La Roque was a gorgeous town. Accessible by about 15 min (steep) walk. In October ~half the shops were closed, but the street was plenty lively for walking around and eating lunch or dinner. The last part of the trail to the house is rocky so you will need to carry roller bags or strollers. We were able to park in the upper, closer, parking with a Citroën C3 Aircross, but with only a few inches to spare. The house is essentially 2 separate houses, 1/2 kitchen, 1/2 living room, each with bedrooms, with lots of stairs in between. Not a good setup if you aren't comfortable with stairs, and challenging with a toddler who likes to climb (we do but made it work!). Marine and Julien were extremely responsive and very helpful. We would love to visit again!

Lovely little house, in a beautiful historic setting and an easy walk to cafe (for breakfast), patisserie and boulangerie, and restaurants - everything we love in a holiday. So many exceptional things to do and see close by. Everyone we met was charming and helpful. We loved it. Thank you to our hosts.

Lydie is a very nice and helpful person. We had a small welcome gift waiting for us for our arrival. There are many things at our disposal (barbecue, garden furniture etc. ) really there is nothing missing and above all the place is quiet and relaxing. We are delighted with our stay and will come back and recommend the edge of the wood.

Superb accommodation ideally located in the heart of Sarlat while being quiet. Very nice decoration. We booked often through Airbnb and I have to say that it is the best of all. All the comforts you need,very clean I loved this place. We will be back. I highly recommend this listing. Thank you

What an absolute gem of a place. It has so much character.Everything was just fabulous. It was really comfortable and so cosy. Thierry and Brigitte are generous and friendly hosts. We really appreciated the lovely local produce that was left for us. We loved Castelnaud. It is a great location for exploring the region and the gite is at the bottom of the Castle. A fantastic Boulangerie is a two minute walk away. We did not want to leave and we can’t wait to get back. Merci beaucoup.

Stunning! Just stunning. The view from the terrace. The pool. The secluded rural location. The hot air balloons in the morning. The firework display on a Sunday evening from La Roque-Gageac. Just stunning. The house is beautiful - Full of character but with all the modern mod cons. Spacious - We were a group of 10 (2 x families) and there is plenty of room for people to do their own thing. Hosts were very helpful. We will be going back one day.
