We had a wonderful few days here! The house is lovely and really nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay, including a cot and high chair for our daughter. The pool area is beautiful and it was very easy to get to Carcassonne and other pretty villages nearby. Helene was very friendly and helpful - thank you! :)

We spent an exellente week in the area both through the very quiet and pleasant accommodation and visits to the different cities. Carcassonne and the private visit of the Castle, the cave of Limousis the village of Lagrasse ... A big thank you to Mathide who gave us an entire itinerary for the visit of the Cathares Quéribus and Peyrepertuse castles that we loved. We recommend this accommodation 100%. Everything was done to welcome us, bottle of water in the cool, very comfortable bed. We still have a lot to discover in the area.

Perfect villa in every way, very well furnished, meets all needs Quiet, quiet, peaceful, surrounded by vineyards and the hot tub, a paradise when you're just hiking. Sylvie and Didier are lovely hosts, ready to meet all your needs, always available, provide great tips on places to visit, restaurants and more. We recommend this villa.

Incredible place. Well furnished and equiped, the attention to detail is amazing. Spotless, quiet, and walkable to the train station and main square, I would fully recommend it to any couple looking for either a quiet holiday, or as a base, as we did, for exploring the surrounding area.

Pascale's place in Carcassonne is just perfect. 3 couples stayed in her beautifully stylish and very comfortable apartment for 4 nights. The view from the terrace is amazing at any time of the day or night, whatever the weather. The location is wonderful, just a few minutes from the medieval city and a short walk to the Pont Vieux bridge linking the old and newer areas of Carcassonne. Nearby is an excellent local shop selling food, bread and wine. With research and also Pascale's suggestions we found some really fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Pascale was extremely helpful and flexible allowing us to leave our luggage AT THE APARTMENT for a few hours before an evening flight. Thank you Pascale, a most welcoming host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really well equipped Gite, great heated pool (usually 28-30deg!), large garden, and very quiet. Very comfortable bed and kitchen with all the equipment you could possibly need! And of course a brilliant and very helpful hostess - Laurence! Even though Pommayrac is quite isolated, there is a butcher in Verzeille 5mins away, who also has a limited supply of bread. Carcassonne & Limoux 20mins away. Before going for a degustation, it is worthwhile going to Vins de Limoux in Limoux - there is an interesting exhibition detailing the Limoux wines but also the chap presenting the degustation was invaluable in guiding us to the vineyards most likely to suit our taste. Anne was very accommodating with the check in and check out. House and the surrounding area are beautiful. Lots of space for a family gathering and lovely pool garden area. Highly recommend for a family or large group and excellent kitchen facilities to cater onsite. Easy drive to Airport, supermarkets, Carcassonne and nearby sites.
