great accommodation. very well equipped, and perfect welcome. covered terrace and especially very nice jacuzzi to relax after a day of hiking! we will go back without hesitation.

The villa is breathtaking and beyond expectations. Jean met us on arrival and is very welcoming and friendly. It has everything you need and more. The outdoor area is really nice to relax in and the pool is great and very refreshing. If you have a car there is plenty of room and very secure with electric gates. The local area has plenty of restaurants and fast food takeaways and just half an hour walk and you're in the centre which I would say is typically French with lots of really good restaurants and cafés and a really pleasant place to enjoy some top dining. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Second stay at Pauline's, we particularly appreciate the terrace and the outdoor kitchen, not overlooked, we enjoy each meal from cooking to the plancha. The air conditioning in the house is efficient, the rooms spacious. In short, we are well!

The place matches the listing in every way, clean, and matches the photos. Located in a pleasant subdivision close to commerce and Perignan, nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend it.

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

Great value for money, very kind and responsive host. Impeccable accommodation with all the necessary furniture. A very convenient back kitchen. Only small "downside", little storage for 6 adults but apartment very well arranged to allow you to have enough space to leave suitcases open. Close proximity to the port and shops as well as the supermarket, little distance from the beach and parking space very easy to find. We recommend without hesitation.

No complaints about the accommodation, all the amenities are of quality (hobs, oven, fridge, ...). Air conditioning is a big plus compared to the temperatures we had. Mounaa advised us of excellent visits and we were greeted by Nathalie who was efficient and available. The accommodation is well located, walking in the pine forests, near a beautiful pond. I would highly recommend it.

Michel's house is fantastic, super comfortable, clean, tidy and with very beautiful views. We had a weekend with very nice friends, ideal for connecting with nature and being quiet. Michel was available despite having arrived later than expected and was very accommodating. I hope we can come back soon!

Pierre's apartment is ideally located close to shops with a 360-degree sea view. Everything is functional and new, the bedding is comfortable the parking space is an asset. Communication with the host was perfect. Thanks, we'll be back

Our stay was just great! Cathy, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first moment he made sure everything was perfect and made us feel right at home. The house was well appointed and in a great location. Without a doubt, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant experience. I hope to repeat it soon!

The location couldn’t have been better: you’re just a stone’s throw away from a couple of the major attractions in Perpignan, as well as the tourist office. The apartment felt more spacious than it looks in the photos, to me at least. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated and there’s lots of natural light making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Matthieu is very rapid in his responses and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place without any hesitation!

We spent a night just to visit Village du Noel and Bruno was super vigilant that everything was perfect to make our stay enjoyable. Very attentive and kind, we have been phenomenal. The home has everything you need and they had even decorated Christmas. Would recommend

The accommodation is perfect and clean, the courtyard it offers is important and it's a real plus in this area where it's very hot. It comes with a hot tub that allows you to relax. The hosts are very welcoming and the place is well located for visiting the area. It is located about 15 -20 minutes by car from the nearest beach. It's also tastefully decorated, which brings a real plus. As for parking there are two free car parks close to the rental: one which is right in front of the house and the other a few meters away. I had no problem parking. And for those who would hesitate because it is not equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is on two sides one that overlooks a very quiet street and the other on the courtyard which makes for a very pleasant draught, which is much better than an apartment with air conditioning but without a courtyard. I recommend it.

Thank you to Christine and Pierre for their welcome, their kindness and all the good information ( restaurant nearby) to spend this 3-day weekend in their cottage with a magnificent view of the sea. Very well-equipped cottage and good bedding. Beautiful sunrise if you bother to get up a little early. The coastal path that passes at the foot of the cottage is a plus .dix minutes walk to stock up on food. Recommended without moderation

Great location, easy to access. It's all about walking, the beach is 10 minutes away. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the apartment spacious for two people. Pleasant stay and communication with Fouad very good.

i didn't stay better in the Region , it's nice it's clean , well-equipped , very comfortable. very responsive and attentive host. i highly recommend it , you won't be disappointed .

We only stayed at Olivier's place for 3 days, but we will keep his address in the prospect of a future stay in Argeles because his apartment is very comfortable and well equipped in a small quiet residence that has the advantage of having a location to park the car . In a very urbanized area, it's appreciated!

This house really exceeded expectations and I gave all five reviews.The location is excellent, the balcony can see the sea and see the sunrise.The inside of the house was clean.The check-in guide video was taken in detail, and it was smooth to find the room to check in. Sad to only stay one night here and have the chance to come back.
