Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it!

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

The stay was good and peaceful place

We stayed for couple of days. The place is clean and has been built with dedication. The furniture and other decorative items are amazing. The place is near the beach and market place makes everything accessible quickly. There were minor problems we faced once informed host vipin fix them immediately.

The Host was very kind and generous made us feel absolutely at home .The place was really clean and well maintained...had a wonderful time with my family...thank you to the host to make us feel so welcomed

Awesome stay,with all modern amenities. Liked every bit of our stay. The only thing that i felt could be improved was pest control in the kitchen. There were some ants on the slab. Totally recommend this place!

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

We stayed there for almost a week. It was quite comfortable. There's a cafe right opposite to the building, a wine shop etc. Check-in was smooth. Only thing was - cleaning was not included in the pricing. But that's fine. Overall the place is great. Felt right at home.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to feel right at home — from a fully equipped kitchen to laundry facilities. The bedrooms were super comfortable and had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. And the highlight? The three adorable cats! I'm already missing Pingu — such a sweet companion. Would definitely stay again!

From start to finish the host was great, excellent communication, quick response and very helpful with questions I put forward.. The hosts father who lives on site and looks after everything was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as described. Spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Very comfortable king size bed, simple but perfectly good kitchen area and a small balcony. The area was buzzing with activity, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. When I visit Goa again I will definitely be staying at Chandrachayya residency.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment! The in-house jacuzzi was the highlight clean, well-maintained, and super easy to use thanks to the clear instructions provided. A special shoutout to the manager, Nikita, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She walked us through every detail of the apartment and was always available, even during late hours, to assist us with anything we needed. The space felt like a perfect mix of comfort and creativity highly recommended!

The apartment provided to us was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed for me. It was very well maintained And so beautiful Apartment The swimming pool area was such an awesome place to relax. Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this property. Very serene environment and no parking issues. The host was always available over a call whenever I needed to ask anything. It was pleasent stay, Ashish ji had being great host and helpful in guiding us the local route. Place was very neat & clean, look as shown in the picture, feel homely and cosy. Well maintainted infrastructure, society swimming pool was very clean and jacuzzi was great to enjoy. 5 star to ashish ji

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂

The property is located at a very serene location which is easy to find through Google maps. It is very carefully and aesthetically curated, you notice the attention to detail from the minute you enter the building itself. The place is exactly as advertised in the photos. It is one of the best properties in terms of value for money. The property managers have taken a lot of care to decorate and maintain the property and provide all amenities you can think of and beyond. It is immaculately cleaned and there is cleaning service provided daily. It is one of the few properties that boast of a two person jacuzzi. They have a full fledged kitchen with a hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso, electric kettle amongst a few. They also provide laundry services and food preparation as per requirements for a very nominal charge. Highly highly recommend, I would personally like to visit again.
