Renata's house is situated in a fantastic location above Lake Mezzola. From the small terrace and through the panoramic window in the bedroom you have a great view. The house is well equipped and has been extensively and tastefully renovated with a lot of solid wood. Close to many great hiking opportunities. Particularly noteworthy were the tips and exciting information about the house and its surroundings. Clear recommendation!

We recently ended our stay at this comfortable apartment. Having already been in Verceia, I already knew that I would have been comfortable as a location with my two young children and my mother who has mobility problems, and this apartment was truly a manna from the sky. No stairs to face downhill or steep climbs to reach the points of interest we were interested in. In fact, it is a short walk from a grocery store, the bar, the lake walk, a small but beautiful beach with a nice sandpit for children already equipped with games to play with the sand, and the village playground. In short, everything is really comfortable including of course also the apartment that is nice, spacious and well maintained, with everything you need and if something is missing, Paolo will definitely make sure to get it. Finally, I spend a few words right on the host, who was really attentive and caring. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was easy to find. There is easy and spacious parking right in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is very warm and cozy. There is a toilet downstairs and a full, spacious bathroom upstairs. The toilets are extremely clean and spotless. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics. Every necessary appliance was also available within easy reach. The upstairs bedroom had a really beautiful view. My children enjoyed the loft space with the beds. The host, Claudia, deserves a special mention. She is everything that a Super Host needs to be. There was a gift awaiting us on the dining table with homemade delicious cookies along with a welcome note. She had also organized a basket full of toys for the kids, as well as colors and papers for the children to enjoy in the loft space. My children are already begging me to book our next holiday at the same apartment. Thank you, Claudia, once again for making this a very memorable stay.
