The flat accommodates two people well, has essential utensils, is easy access, the building is well structured, gentle staff, quiet to sleep, without external discomfort, comfortable bed and blackout curtain helped a lot too! Excellent location! We walked to Farol da Barra beach and Porto da Barra beach. Shopping Barra is a few meters from Flat as well. It has several hortifrutis, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies near the site. Great cost benefit! The Host is super nice and I request! We would definitely return at other times!

Elane is an excellent hostess , with great empathy and always very concerned about our well-being. They were wonderful days, the accommodation is impeccable, very clean and organized, it has all you need to stay for several days on site, we have nothing missing. At the end of the year, water is usually lacking in the Island, but her house was not missing at any time. The beach in front of the condominium has many stones, but about 200 meters to the left has an excellent beach with fine sand, hot water and no waves, excellent for children. The beach is so good that we don't need to leave in any day to look for other spaces on the beach. We love the site and will definitely be back

We rented it for a family weekend and it is exactly what the environment offers! The place is big, comfortable, everything very well set up and very well maintained. Communication was a little poor. It took a while to get a response, I arrived at the building without knowing which apartment it was or if anyone would be waiting for me, but in the end everything worked out, with some difficulty the doorman was able to find out which apartment it was and let us in. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Excellent location: market, bakery, pharmacy, shopping, good restaurants and the beach all very close. It was very worth staying in this apartment. I could live in it without having to change anything.

Me and my husband came the tour especially for the carnival, we had a quiet stay, we were welcomed by the reception, easy access to move around, very good fit, according to the announcement building optimum and quiet. And I would stay for sure again.

It was a very nice stay. Initially I was at work, I stayed until Sunday to enjoy the weekend with my family. The apartment is very well decorated, with everything in good condition, clean, quiet building, (we even made friends). Very accessible, flexible, polite host. I highly recommend!!

I almost didn’t want to write this review because as a frequent traveler, I usually keep hidden gems like this to myself. But this place deserves the recognition. This penthouse is easily in my Top 10 Airbnbs worldwide. The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the rooftop jacuzzi, where sunsets feel magical. The kitchen is large, beautiful, and had everything I needed. There’s even a gorgeous outdoor brick stove on the rooftop — I didn’t get to use it this trip but I definitely will next time! Alessandra was available if needed, but the home was so perfectly stocked and maintained that I never had to ask for anything. The location could not be better — steps to the beach, amazing restaurants, bars, and shops all right there. Despite being in the heart of the action, the penthouse feels peaceful and private. Everything was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. If you find availability, book it without hesitation — it’s a true gem.
