We spent 2 weeks, in which we felt at home we had the necessary amenities. The place was impeccable and in perfect condition everything was described. Fernando was from day one very friendly and helpful. Near the area is a metro station, there are also several mini markets with everything you need to meet your needs. Without a doubt it will be my safe option every time I go to Madrid ❤️

My stay at Manuel's apartment has been great, the site is well connected by bus and metro with the city, also in a walk you cross the M30 and you present yourself in the Barrio de Salamanca. The apartment is ideal for a couple with everything you need to have a good stay, even seasons with medium/ long duration. In short, very recommended if you go a few days in Madrid.
