The apartment is in acceptable condition for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Its location in PB seems excellent to us. It is inside a complex that has suffered a lot of deterioration in the buildings. However, an effort is made to maintain the common areas. Don't expect much in terms of services, but if you manage on your own, you can have a good time in the freshwater pool. A $5 wristband is paid for to access the pools. The distance to the village and shops is about 5-10 minutes. I recommend it to groups looking for peace and quiet. It feels safe, there are watchmen who are attentive. Gustavo, the host, manages it very well, responding quickly to comments and questions. I recommend this place

Second time hosted here and I recommend it, quality amphritrione , nice place, quick access to the pool especially if you have children and keep them guarded! I would go back again, my parents are delighted with the place

Excellent apartment comfortable clean with private dock it was not necessary to go out in the vehicle to take the boats this is a great advantage in comfort. in front of the Apartamento is Mr. José with a still life and free DELIVERY takes you whatever you need until the house I recommend them. Mrs. Mary, our hostess is always responsive. The pool cleans clean common areas. And the excellent surveillance service. I hope to return soon. 🥰

Enjoy the holy week with a group of friends in this apartment and we had no complaints. The apartment has everything you could need in your day to day. It is a cozy and very comfortable space, we slept comfortably, everyone could count on their own space. The facilities of the complex are in very good condition, it has a very attentive security staff and a pool that we wanted to be able to take advantage of more. Francesca was very attentive with us at all times, very punctual and always friendly when communicating with us. Finally, the location is a great plus of the apartment, you have at your disposal a multitude of locals just a couple of minutes away

Very beautiful apartment! Incredible view and its location very close to the beach, everything is very comfortable and cozy, the Sr Emir and Mrs. Ceila are very attentive , at any time they responded to any of our concerns and even left us a list with the most iconic places of margarita!. Very good internet, there was water at all times and they have a good tank that never needed water. Great airbnb!

100% Recommended My stay in the apartment was excellent. David was an exceptional host: friendly, attentive, and always willing to respond to any concerns quickly and courtesy. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, with a spectacular view that really makes a difference. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing, but at the same time well located. In addition, the value for money is unbeatable. The amenities of the home make the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Totally recommended!

Very helpful and great hospitality

The apartment is 5 minutes from the village in a quiet area. It's spacious so you feel comfortable. The hot water is only in the master bathroom. It has a water tank so the water is not an issue. They explained that because of the diesel, they turn on the plant only in the evenings although in our case it was not necessary. The air conditioning works perfectly. The kitchen is gas and electric so it is very functional and you have everything you need. The view of the living room is spectacular. The common areas are spectacular too, both the pool and the barbecue area, you can eat with ocean views. They have a playground. The best of this location are the common areas of the building, everything is very clean and maintained.

Mrs. Elizabeth and her team are very nice and responsive. Excellent service. The apartment and the complex are in excellent condition. Good family atmosphere. Safe and quiet spaces.

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. Once you’re inside, you noticed how Luz has it well maintained, and before a second passes, you get astonished by the indescriptible horizon of the Caribbean ocean facing north. I trully appreciate how Luz provides quality apartments in Venezuela. She’s lovely and has a soothing voice, and when you combine her virtues with the invaluable landscape, ocean and mountain’s fresh breeze, it is actually impossible to be mad, stressed out or anything “negative”; your aura & psyche changes in a heartbeat by standing in that balcony. I trully appreciate the fair price and hope that it stays that way because the prices of everything worldwide is trully insane so it’s nice that Luz’s has fair prices without speculating. Also, not just her area but La Guaira is well maintained too, nowadays. You really notice the difference in people’s vibes when you’re near the coast of a small town, the opposite of any chaotic big city.
