Barn vacation rentals in Vendee

We’ve had a fantastic week at this lovely, really homely AirBnB and would definitely return here. Having use of the big (shared) pool was brilliant fun for our kids (age 11 & 14), and the swings under the shade of the tree and ping pong table were great too. Plenty of space for a family, and Gwen the host speaks English and was really helpful. The peach jam & apple juice left out for us on arrival were delicious. This Airbnb is in a little village amongst pretty farmland. Fontenay Le Comte was close by for supermarkets, and one day we walked from the AirBnB to a little local bar in Montreuil. We chose this location because we could do a day trip to Puy de Fou and also to Futuroscope (both about an hour different directions, and great theme parks!). Locally we drove ten mins to Maillezais & hired an open canoe on the canals (green Venice!) and there’s a lovely abbey with a restaurant & shop there too.

very well I recommend it. maybe a notice for the velux shutters and repair the shutters that don't go down completely but otherwise everything was perfect:)

Pleasant accommodation with a beautiful outdoor space overlooking the pool and countryside. Peaceful and refreshing place.✨ Pleasant and friendly hosts. Well located place to access the Poitevin marsh, go to La Rochelle or go to the various surrounding parks (bird, animal or children's attraction). In addition, excellent organic-labeled pizzas are offered! Looking forward to coming back. Leticia, Jo, Meryl, and Nico.

Landry's welcome was very friendly, we had a great stay with the family in this accommodation with plenty of space where everyone finds their place... Young and old, all were happy! We're ready to come back!

Very nice cottage, very clean, very quiet, in a small hamlet surrounded by nature. Located 3 minutes from shops. Very good welcome by Bernard the owner who lives right next to the cottage. Address to keep in mind.

Great vacation behind us! Very beautiful and nicely furnished house. The child-friendly swimming pool, the play barn with billiards and table tennis, the large living room with long tables, the rooms with bath and rain shower (including in the children's room),... everything was great! We were 10 (6 adults and 4 children). We would love to come back! Bart

Beautiful house. Franck is very friendly and accommodating. For 8 people, the house is spacious and very nice.

Patrick received us warmly. We had little things in the fridge when we arrived. Patrick was good tips on things to do on Sansais. (restaurants, activities, bikes, etc...) He always responded very quickly to all our requests. The boat is a real plus. There is also a laminated plan of conches in the space we were able to take with us. I had my 2 dogs who are wise. They were welcome. The bedding is extremely comfortable. THANKS Patrick, we'll be back:-)

The accommodation is like new, impeccable and very peaceful! A huge favorite for the welcome guide prepared with care by Fanny and Billy: it is ultra complete, clear, and mentions absolutely everything you need to know to fully enjoy the stay. A real gem, thanks for that! I would this place

we had a great stay. The accommodation was very much as described. the environment is peaceful and Basile was available and very welcoming.

Marc's accommodation is a restaurant model, it is impeccable, convenient, we were 3 couples and the accommodation gives everyone their privacy. The equipment of the property is more than good +++++ + we would like to find identical accommodations when we book in other areas. A little plus the cake on arrival and Marc's welcome. Unfortunately the weather was not with us but we can't do much about it. To be done again if we return to this area. Thank you very much

Very nice house for family moments. Very well equipped for children in particular! Very warm and responsive host to help when needed. Properly-equipped kitchen. Peaceful setting and swimming pool overlooking pleasant fields. It should be noted that within 10 min by car there are plenty of great activities (zoo, children's park, nautical base etc.) Thanks to Damien for this week of vacation

our stay went well, for guys on the go it's fine! what it takes to be well! If we have the future we have to come back to work around we will come back!

Pleasant Easter weekend in this lovely home . We felt at home. Beautiful landscaped grounds that must definitely be lovely in the summer. Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of this with this short stay. The photos are really the same as you did. Saint Benoist is a very nice little village. Janie is very responsive to messages and very pleasant. I do advise on this rental.

We stayed at the cottage as part of a cousin where we were 13 adults. The site is suitable for it, it has all the facilities and the necessary comfort with a very pleasant bonus pool. An address to keep for future stays, we recommend 100%.
