2 night stay, beautiful studio well located all amenities on foot. the + bedding, spacious shower ( I'm 1.80 m), toilet outside the bathroom, small shampoo kit and shower gel offered the - lack of curtains at the top of the bedroom windows too much brightness, lacks a little decor (on the wall in the bedroom and above the sofa) it seems a little cold. easy access I recommend 👍

We rented this house to be able to spend a bachelorette party on the sands of Dolonne and we were not disappointed, everything is nearby, the beach and the nearest bakery are 7 minutes away. Bring a garbage bag if there are a lot of you because there was only one. But the ease of parking and the number of beds made our stay very pleasant. In addition, in the event of a request, the host responds immediately. Great location, beautiful house, thank you. I recommend it.

Very nice accommodation, well furnished, we regretted not staying longer. Located 25 minutes from Puy du Fou, ideal if you want to go to the Park without staying at the night city. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, Cholet city center is a 10-minute walk away.

Superb villa, ideally located, all on foot or by bike: shops of the Croisée, Plage du Veillon, Estuary du Payré, La Guittiere, Port-Bourgenay... And the walk to Les Sables d 'Olonne by bike on a nice bike path by the corniche is beautiful! The house is clean, spacious, very well-equipped and super quiet, with views of the golf course. The automatic gate secures the site and the courtyard allows the parking of several vehicles. There is everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, a Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker) and to cook (condiments...) We were not able to enjoy the pool because the capricious weather didn't allow it, too bad! We had a super pleasant stay and particularly recommend this place.

Very well designed house offering two night spaces bedrooms/shower rooms/toilets well separated from each other which is convenient if you come with several couples or with children. Cleanliness of all places and well thought-out layout. Nothing is missing. Pleasant garden with many sun loungers and different rest areas. Beautiful wooden terrace with tables, chairs, benches... Impeccable kitchen with all the necessary equipment. This neighborhood is extremely quiet (at the beginning of September anyway). Wild coast beach at the end of the street 200 m walk. Vivier and two restaurants, one seafood and the other gastronomic, 300 m walk. Supermarkets, halls, shops a little further away but a few minutes' drive away. Very responsive and warm host in exchanges. In short, a little expensive rental but no disappointment on arrival. Recommended
