Beautiful location! Close to the center but still very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly welcome by Mirjam, detailed briefing. Detailed communication about check-in and bicycle parking in advance. The apartment is located in Barlheze Straat, in the beautiful old town, 5 minutes' walk from the train station. Private entrance, narrow S-shaped Dutch staircase to the 2nd floor. Cozy kitchen, bedroom, large bathroom with shower and two sinks. Bright, all rooms with windows, view to the street and the courtyard. Very quiet, no through traffic on the street. Very well equiped kitchen. We parked our rented OV-Fiets bikes at night partly in the bicycle parking lot at the train station (24 h, free of charge), partly on the street (corner Henkestraat).

We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the time. We will be happy to come back. Next time, five people. 🤗

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

Marietta's house is located in the beautiful town of Muiderberg, from where we are completely uncomplicated to Amsterdam for three days. The house is very well maintained, surrounded by old trees and many detached villas. The apartment furnished, there were small welcome gifts such as chocolates, cheese and wine. Thank you for this. After sightseeing in the city, we ended the evening in Muiderberg on the beach. Have a great stay.

Super nice place to stay. Definitely worth it! Not so far from Amsterdam and easily accessible by public transportation!

This apartment was charming, right on a canal, making nighttime peaceful. If you're there for King's Day as we were, skip the crowds and watch party boats pass by while everyone waves and sings. Everything was as perfect as it appeared online. Lex and Sylvia are thoughtful and gracious hosts. I searched for a special gift, and Sylvia went above and beyond—she found it, texted us, and sent pictures! They provided all the essential information, plus an abundance of brochures and maps. The flat is perfect! The kitchen had everything one needed. They even stocked the fridge with essentials for breakfast and lunch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and outside space were excellent. The location is incredible. Thank you, Sylvia and Lex, for a wonderful weekend in Utrecht! It was one of my best vacations in a while. We can't wait to come back, Deb

Great apartment. Really well thought out. The level of detail in the guide put together was fabulous and really helpful. Excellent facilities, I’ve been to so many Airbnbs where you get one washing tab and limited hand soap. Here there was a good supply of everything. Bread, butter and cheese on arrival was a nice touch. Decent coffee machine too 😊 The beds were very very comfy! Couldn’t fault at all. I’d defo return should I ever happen to be in Utrecht. Very quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. It was in a lovely location on the edge of the park by the deer, chickens and peacocks, and there were a couple of places to eat or get a drink nearby that the owners had named in the handbook. To walk to the old town took about 25 mins to walk and 15 to the train station. We were travelling with an infant and my daughter loved playing with the Lego they left out for her.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

This was my first time booking through Airbnb – and it really exceeded my expectations! Vonny is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who is always available for questions or support. The apartment is more spacious than in the photos and very stylish and tastefully furnished – cozy and with a lot of love for detail. The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices for cooking – perfect for those who like to cook themselves. The residential complex is quietly located and offers a beautiful environment – ideal for relaxing. I was completely satisfied with the stay and would love to come back. I highly recommend the place at Vonny's!

Our stay at Nicolette’s holiday cottage exceeded our expectations! Nicolette and Remco welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. We really appreciated how accessible and approachable they were, and their recommendations were very helpful! The cottage was quiet and cozy, and had everything we needed. Being along the bike trail and the river gave us so many opportunities for fun adventures! We look forward to coming back!

We had a short, very nice New Year's Eve stay with Gerard with great views of the fireworks over the water. The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated and has a large dining and living area. In particular, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Gerard responded quickly and helpfully to inquiries. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place. We were traveling in a group of four - there was a lot of space for all of us to move around in the house and on the back deck. We were thrilled to be located on the canal - we watched the ducks swimming. We are not accustomed to narrow, winding stairs - they are built differently in Canada - but we learned to manage them. We also learned how to use an induction stove! Love them!! The kitchen had everything we needed to help prepare our meals - dishes, utensils, glasses , cups, bowls, pots and pans and so much more… We are not accustomed to the strong coffee that you drink in Holland so we improvised and used a pot to boil our coffee water and then dripped it through a filter. You were very helpful whenever we had a question and very timely in your response. The information booklet was helpful. The appliance booklets were great but some English ones were missing. Thank you ladies for helping make our visit to Holland such a wonderful experience

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

Lots of space and great location if you plan to drive around. The view of the canal was very fun to have.

Maxime's apartment is very nice and equipped, in line with the photos and very comfortable. Maxime was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on how to get to Amsterdam and what to do. The house is in a very nice location, definitely beautiful in the summer. We stayed at New Year's Eve and it was perfect as a foothold and then visit Amsterdam.l, easily reachable by car in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

The stay with Klaas and Heleen was wonderful again. We love this place a lot, we've been here for the second time. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped. There are also bikes and boats and beautiful seating outside by the water. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Just A GREAT stay.

We had such a lovely stay at Annemiek’s place! Even though we arrived quite late at 10pm, she welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel right at home. She had thoughtfully prepared some fruits, sweets, and snacks for us—which was such a kind and heartwarming gesture after a long day of travel. 🥰 Annemiek was always available for any questions we had and responded quickly with helpful tips and information. Her home is absolutely beautiful, nestled right by the canal, and the peaceful setting in Weesp made our stay extra special. It’s a charming little town, perfect for a relaxing visit outside the hustle of Amsterdam. She even generously offered us 2 bicycles to explore the area, which we unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use—but we hope to return someday and take them for a ride! Thank you so much, Annemiek, for being such an exceptional host! We’re grateful for the experience!
