Nice place, nice cottage, everything has been thought of. Good communication with Kimmie. It's great that the beds are made. Park is quite cramped, but with a lovely spacious backyard.

We had spent the most beautiful 3 days with our friends in Holland. The neighbors were very nice. We felt at home. We will definitely be back. In the pictures, the rooms looked large, but this was not the case, but we didn't mind.

Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed the time there very much and enjoyed hiking with our four-legged friends. The lake was about 10 minutes away, where both we and the dogs could swim. The garden was fenced and big enough for our dog and us. The hot tub was very comfortable. All appliances work perfectly and there is a great cookbook in the kitchen. I'd be happy to come back

Great tiny house, very quiet, just a short walk to the water. Two bikes are available, which are perfect for going to the train station, from where you can be in Amsterdam Centraal in about 25 minutes. Bart Jan was very friendly and gave me the tip to buy the Amsterdam & surroundings ticket (€41.50 for 3 days as much as you want to ride train, bus, tram). I spent very relaxing days there and would come back if I was drawn to Amsterdam again. Thank you!

Very nice vacation home. Great for relaxing and close to the water. Kitchen is equipped with everything. Large fridge with freezer compartment. Clean shower. Comfortable beds with built-in closets in the bedrooms. Good seating indoors and outdoors. Easy to find. Parking right at the house. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time. By bike you can reach Harderwijk at the harbor or market square in 25 minutes. Beautiful bike paths.

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

Very nice house with access to the harbor/water.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Located with a direct view of a side bay a little off the public beach, which leads to a very quiet environment. All the unidirectional features work perfectly, but you have to go on a little discovery for vacuum cleaners and fans 😉 All in all a really great stay in a very very nice place.

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

Nelleke was a super host from start to finish! The communication was always smooth and helpful, and questions were always answered quickly and far beyond our hopes. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and designed, it includes everything you need as a family and also the surroundings. If we are allowed, we will be happy to come back. Very nice apartment in a top place in the heart of Harderwijk. You will get into the shopping street in 5 minutes and you will be on the boulevard in 5 minutes. Literally everything is just around the corner. Dennis is a great host who, together with his wife, ensures that the stay is arranged down to the last detail. Absolutely recommended!!!

Beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub and generally beautiful complex. Many leisure activities (wine tasting, yoga, etc.) A few things were missing, e.g. a dish towel, hand towel, sufficient dish soap and dishwasher tabs, salt & pepper.

It was a very nice stay to unwind. Outside on the terrace you had either space on the terrace or on the jetty directly on the water to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your beer in the evening. The accommodation was also great! Above all, the complex/park was really very nice. Would love to vacation with you again ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend at Maarten's, in fact we spent our first child-free weekend here and found the desired peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we felt welcome right away. We can only absolutely recommend the breakfast. You don't get such a delicious and great start to the day everywhere. The veranda also invites you to linger and lets you forget everyday life for a moment. Thank you for making this unforgettable weekend possible for us.
