Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

A Canadian cedar cabin awaits you almost in the wilderness, in a quiet and blind valley of the Bobrůvka river under a 300-year-old linden tree. When the river level is high, you come to the cabin over a bridge 300 m away, in normal conditions you will use a makeshift bridge. Civilization is waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, only the toilet is a short walk to the wooden house (dry toilet). You will sleep in a cozy bedroom with a fully glazed gable overlooking the linden tree. You may even see a roe deer on the morning pasture right from the bed.

You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate, it has its own parking space. It's a pleasant place for a vacation or a rest on a long trip. We will provide beds with slats 2.20 m long according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on the mattress. Modern practical kitchen, coffee machine, tea, spices and everything you need to cook. Also many small useful items. We don't have a TV, but we have books and crossword puzzles 🙂 We're melting at 22 degrees. The house is well insulated.

There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.
