The surroundings are full of interesting and pleasant things, Lipnice nad Sázavou castle,quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. Apartment house Black and White Apartments is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. It is located not far from the BVV Exhibition Center in Brno and at the same time close to the motorway exit in Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is provided thanks to the blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea, and free water. The apartment has a paid minibar.

Building (loft) with a usable area of about 50m2. This is a room with an open floor with a bed under which the bathroom is located. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, toddler and travel crib. The layout is 1+kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or business trip. They also like to use larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches.

Our shepherd's hut, where we once lived, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that slightly swings like a boat in the wind. Parked in a fence with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than the grains in the sand of all the seas of the world, and in the morning to rub your feet in the rose, you will love it.

Chata Skřinářov

A cozy wooden cabin awaits you in a quiet forest next to the village of Skřnářov. Experience nature with wild berries in summer and a snow-covered landscape in winter. Yet, modern amenities are available: WiFi, hot water, shower, bathtub, equipped kitchen, TV, and indoor toilet. Sleep in a comfy bedroom with a large window overlooking the yard, where you may spot a grazing doe in the morning.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
