Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. Take the whole family to this amazing home with plenty of room for fun and fuss. The home is suitable for the large family with children who want a holiday in the countryside. We have plenty of children's toys, large playground outside and 2 horses in the field you can borrow for a wooden trip (at your own risk). There is a 5 min walk to a nice beach. You can drive to Legoland in 40min. You rent the whole farm without others is there. Electricity and water are included. There will be a sweet cat living in the house.

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house.
