Holiday apartment totally new renovated with new kitchen/living room in one, the kitchen is with induction hob, hot air oven and fridge/freezer. Large tiles on the floor with underfloor heating. At the end of the room there is an entrance to a nice large loft with up to 4 sleeping places. New bathroom with shower and toilet. New bedroom with double bed that can be shared for 2 single beds if desired. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 2, 5 og 8 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Cozy and well-situated holiday home at a distance of 150 m from the child-friendly beach and with a super nice view over As Vig. From the covered terrace to the east, as well as the terrace to the west, there is the most beautiful view of the water and the rooftops in this colony. Unobtrusive and fenced garden (dog/child) with terraces and small sandbox. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house. Close to playground, ball field and lovely child-friendly beach to the east.

We have a nice apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV-wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 small children. We are located 800 meters from the child-friendly beach Vejlby Fed. Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of 200 DKK or 25 euros, which is only paid once, but you can use the bath as much as you want.
