Nice and cozy cottage with a fantastic view over the bay and the countryside. 2 levels with two living rooms (one with fireplace), 3 rooms and an extra room by the carport with double sofa bed. The stairs to the first floor are steep, so it can be a challenge for people with walking difficulties to get up and down. Bathroom and kitchen with all equipment and dishwasher and small washing machine. One can also sleep on the sofa on the 1st floor. Large partly natural plot with many large trees.

Experience the cozy atmosphere around the marina with good restaurants, fishmonger, ice cream parlors, and specialty shops. The cottage is located in an attractive area with 150 meters to the beach and 500m to the marina. Take the kids down to the marina and do crab races or play on the playground. Man kan i robåden krydse søen og tage gåturen de 3 km til Himmelbjerget.
