karel's house is really huge. The photos don't even do it justice. Everything is very beautiful and you can sit in the garden to see the boats. We really enjoyed it with our team and would love to come back! Possibly in other compositions because it is perfect for families!

Wonderful place to stay - very quiet and private. Wonderful garden and even toys for children. Great for families due to trampoline, swing and high chair.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

The house is wonderfully located on an island in a miniature lakescape, you can only get there by boat, which is provided by Rogier. The house is an architectural feast for the eyes. It is round and was certainly challenging for the executing craftsmen. A lot of wood has been installed, the whole aura is very comfortable. The surroundings are very private due to the location. And even in the fall it was worth drinking a glass of wine from the small jetty. Rogier was very proactive right from the beginning. Some things for the process also needed some explanation, which he gave us very well. Our recommendation!

Very pleasant and cozy cottage in a super location. Nature, cool cities and the beach are very easily accessible by public transportation and/ or bike. Super accessible host who communicates very smoothly.

The cottage is in a very quiet location with a wide view. The beds were lovely and the rest of the decor/cottage was comfortable and equipped with every comfort. You do need a car to get out. The cottage is located in a nature reserve with lots of water. There are many hiking opportunities and there are nice pictures in the area to visit. Claudia and her husband are welcoming friendly people.

We had a lovely time in Heerhugowaard! Saskia is an amazing host, very warm and welcoming and always there when we needed something. The flat is very clean and comfy and has everything you could ask for. The view is simply amazing! If we ever come back to Heerhugowaard, we would love to stay at Saskia's again!

What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

We enjoyed our stay at Wendela's place. We were greeted very warmly. The "rose cottage" was exactly what we had imagined. It was our " home away from home". And we will come again for sure.

We had a great stay in Esther and Marc's cottage. Beautifully furnished with such attention to detail. It had everything you needed for a short break. The view over the water in the sunshine and the sunsets were lovely. Friendly restaurant with good food just at the end of the road. Beach, villages and towns within easy reach. Hot tub in the garden and a canoe and bikes at your disposal and a delicious breakfast brought to your door. Highly recommended 👌

My Girlfriend and I stayed for one week in Ralph's beautiful house. His father made a very friendly welcoming tour and even prepared some white wine for us as a welcoming gift ♡ The house has a huge garden and is equipped with everything you can possibly need for vacations during hot summers or cold winters. From the private bathing place you can take a cooling swim in the big lake in front of the house where lots of windsurfers and other watersports activities find place. The house has it's own motorboat, kajaks, bicycles and grill as well as a big veranda with a huge umbrella where we sat all evening. All together a very relaxing and beautiful week. We would love to visit the place again and can recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting is stay there the week ♡ love, Nicola & Laura

This is a special, small place, an old older house direct at the water. Our neighbours were sheep (disinterested), geese, ducks, a few magpies and seagulls. You reach the cottage through a beautiful garden footpath, and look out on a wide landscape, peaceful, quiet, separate. The cottage itself is cosy, with loving touches and original wood, pillars and beams. We were there as two people, searching quiet warmth, time to talk and listen. We fell in love with this place. Small, but not too small, the view on the landscape, the stepping outside and thinking of Mary Oliver. In the middle of the tiny town and totally quiet. We did not use the TV or the wifi. Can't comment on that. The shower is spacy and warm. The kitchen allowed us to cook proper meals and all amenities (and more) are there. Beautiful.

We had a really great time at Sara’s place. The apartment was beautiful and the location perfect for adventures in nature, Utrecht and Amsterdam. Sara was very friendly and responded fast. I definitely recommend!! :))

We enjoyed our night in Culemborg very much. The cottage was clean and communication went very smoothly. The host was very responsive and also when we had another question during our stay we were helped right away.

We were delighted by the environment, the surroundings, the calm and the change of scenery. The cottage is nice and cozy. We recommend it.

We really loved this cozy cabin. It was very cute and magical. It has a mini kitchen with fridge, hob, kettle, oven, utensils, dishes etc, good and clean bathroom with shower, comfy bed and access to a private garden. Complimentary eggs if you dare facing chickens. There’s also a booklet with all the information you need. The place is in a small village in Watergang 15-20 mins away from city centre by bus, with the bus stop right outside. The village itself is small but quiet and lovely. You can go for a walk around, spend time in the park or simply enjoy nature. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The hosts were very helpful, polite, friendly and responsive. They provided clear instructions, answered any questions we had and were flexible with check in/out time. We didn’t meet them in person so the whole stay was very private. Would definitely recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We loved our stay at Conny's cottage. The location is amazing - beautiful flowers all around and it's right on the water. There are beautiful gardens you can walk through right next to the cottage. It was fun to use the kayak to explore the canals. I highly recommend this airbnb!

We really enjoyed the time in the cozy house in the quiet nature. It was even bigger than it looks on the photos and is very lovingly and personally furnished. Of course, you have to be aware that in the middle of nature you will also meet many spiders, mosquitoes, etc. It didn't bother us and we had a great time. Highlights are the great record collection and the kayak, which takes you directly from the terrace into the water. A day trip to Amsterdam is also easily possible.

We had a great stay with Nico and Danielle. They are very nice hosts who are quick to respond to any queries. Even a smart TV was arranged at our request. The cottage has all the comforts and is very tastefully decorated. Great bathroom and bed. The cottage is in their backyard, but you hardly notice that because it is completely enclosed from the main house. The area is worthwhile with Hoorn and Enkhuizen. In short: had a great week!
