Beautiful apartment, very functional with a beautiful balcony, located in a very quiet residence near shops and public transport that take you in 10 min to the center of Annecy. Host and hostess who are welcoming, accommodating and have good advice. Overall we had a nice stay. I recommend it. The only downsides would be a lack of a few utensils such as wooden spoon, cutting knives, microwave bell, an ice tray and the lack of mentioned soap. Happy hosting.

guillaume's welcome is exceptional he took the time to inform us about the apartment the region and the activities to do. The studio is very nice and relaxing and the view very well. I highly recommend the rental and if I have to go back to this region I will rent from Guillaume.
