We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat just outside of Munich. The home is easy to get to - GPS will take you to the correct location. There is a parking spot for a car. Aldi & Post are a 15 min. walk. Train station is a 20-25 min. walk. With bicycles it is even faster. Trains to Munich are about every 10 min. The trains are convenient - we took day trips to Zugspitze and Salzburg. Markt Schwaben is a charming town with bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants. The walk to some of the restaurants can be 30+ min. There is also a large bicycle store. Johann's house is delightful! It has 3 bedrooms (2 lg beds & 1 futon). There are 2.5 baths and laundry. The garden is beautiful and we watched the birds around the pond morning and night. After days of being in large crowds, this home offers a calming, private respite that was perfect for my family. Johann is responsive and I highly recommend his home. Thank you, Johann for a wonderful week!

We felt very comfortable at Marc's place. The apartment was modernly renovated, very clean (especially the bathroom) and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything was available for cooking, the bathroom was small, but stylish. Technically great: MagentaTV, thoughtful lighting with remote control – there was nothing missing. The WiFi connection was basically stable, but could be a little faster. The location is ideal: only 2 minutes to the highway, about 15 minutes to the fair. Communication with Marc was great, his wife welcomed us warmly, the key handover went smoothly. Particularly pleasant: At our request, we were allowed to check out later. Absolute recommendation!

This is the 2nd we live here, pretty clean, and quiet. Also not far to Munich Center with S-Bahn and Metro. Large room and beds, wonderful apartment, proper for business trip and family tour. Recommend!!!! Sabina is a very nice person, response pretty quickly.

It is perfect for a relaxing vacation in a quiet environment, with larger cities nearby to explore.

I highly recommend everyone to stay in this super comfortable space! Although it takes about 30-40 minutes to take public transportation from the center of Munich, there are S-Bahn or district trains about every 15-20 minutes.It's less than 10 minutes from the residence to the train station, and it's harder to carry large luggage, but it's all worth it. Mike welcomed us kindly, and the place was more comfortable than in the photos!Spacious! Luxurious!They also have delicious welcome drinks/wine in the fridge, and everything you need is in the house. The only downside is that it's hard to leave the house, it's so comfortable😅

Andreas and his family entrusted us with their home for a few days for our vacation with the children. The house is better than it appears in the photos, very bright, quiet and easy to access. From the house we appreciated that it was very nice, spacious, with 2 bathrooms and above all very clean. Andreas made us find everything from sheets, towels to shower products, and soaps. He has always been very attentive to our requests, always responding within a few minutes. He has also always been very proactive by sending us very detailed directions that are easy to understand. We recommend Andreas for his kindness and availability and the house for his cleanliness and beauty Thank you for everything.

Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before check-in: use of transport in Munich, directions to the accommodation and nearby shops, long check-in time (appreciable when you come from far away!). Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Everything very neat and clean, tastefully decorated. Margit is very friendly and always available, everything very straightforward. Quiet place despite directly adjacent outdoor terrace of a restaurant. Is it as quiet in the summer?
