A total of 140 sqm spread over 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and large open dining area for 8 people. A patio with lounge furniture and barbecue. The house is also a private residence with personal belongings

Detta unika boendet ger dig möjlighet att njuta av västkusten på bästa sett! Båten ligger vid brygga på Smögens norra del med landström och kylskåp. Båtplatsen är privat i en lugn hamn där det inte godtas hög musik! Egna sängkläder medtages. Beroende av årstid/månad kan boendet variera ifrån öst till väst 500m. Sandbogen (Kungshamn) är den andra! Dubbelkolla alltid vid bokning för aktuell plats! Vistelsen sker på egen risk och individuell försäkring krävs! Hyr jacuzzi för 600:-/natt

The location will make it easy for you to explore everything on your list, or to just enjoy the experience of living on a houseboat. The boat is more spacious than you think! Cleaning is included in the price.
