The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

In addition to seaside experiences, there are plenty of hiking trails and climbing opportunities. 15 minutes by car from Smögen and Kungshamn.

The kitchen has coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, induction stovetop, hot air fryer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.
